Scam artist

I couldn’t believe Expedia recommended this motel for rent and change $178 per night. I was a customer for more than 20 years but could not and would not trust Expedia anymore.

Everything was so bad

Everything. All the hotels in the Lincoln NE were booked solid -Husker's game..This is a run down location, very badly maintained parking lot. Whole place was filthy., no maintenance. Terrible bed! Woman working desk wore stained pj top. Not good!!

The pictures don’t reflect the quality of the rooms at all. We showed up to our room door open and the tv blaring. There were no towels but that’s fine as I wouldn’t have ever showered in that disgusting bathroom. The fridge didn’t work, the microwave was on the floor, most of the electrical plug ins didn’t work, and the ac seemed like it had a hard time keeping up. We barely slept because of the noise and other patrons taking phone calls on the balcony outside the rooms all night. We checked for bed bugs multiple times and didn’t seem to see any but we washed everything as soon as we got home anyways. Please save your sanity and do not stay here.

Dirty

It reeked of smoke so horribly from front desk to rooms, black mold all over room, poor patch jobs on walls and ceilings, broken furniture and curtains, doors were rotted through, outlet was ripped out of wall, blood on the comforter, trash in tissue box

Room smelled,had bugs, door didn't fit frame. Outlets sticking out. Fridge and microwave were in terrible shape. Water was hot after 10 min. No housekeeping before second night, elected at that point to not stay the second night. Towels smelled. Curtains torn and not covering window.

Bugs every where. Room smelled like cigarettes. Air conditioning barely worked. No towels or toilet paper when we got in the room. The door to the room itself was rotting.

I took several pics of the lobby, front desk and room. I will be sharing them with the chain very soon. They need to drop this place from their chain asap. The parking lot even looked bad and so did some of the other people staying there. They should give me my money back. I also have videos

Roaches everywhere, no toilet paper

Everything. Viewhole was completely missing, lock bar was broken off, no cup for water, no safety information or front desk information. TV but no remote. Was greeted by someone sitting at an unlit bench. No signage was lit up.

I'm not real high maintenance person. I can stay about anywhere. But this place was nasty. I should of asked for my money back and went somewhere else. I slept with my gun by my pillow I felt so unsafe. The room was gross, no toilet paper and a towel that had already been used. The room was under construction and the lamp was shade was glass and broken. No door on the bathroom. Carpet was damp and smelled of urine. Bed/mattress was caved in in the middle where someone had worn it completely down. A/C worked, microwave kinda worked, parking was right outside the door thank goodness bc I wanted to be able to see my vehicle. Staff was busy, but its not there fault the place is nasty, sure they're just trying their best. About 10 Lincoln police cars was at the back of the property my first morning. Its definitely not for the faint of heart. I think people lived there too.

Place was pretty ghetto. Room smelled like wet dog. Falling apart. Door was barely on hinges and curtains were falling down. Room was dirty, and I resorted to using my own blankets and pillows to sleep. Was an affordable option for a packed weekend, but felt like I was in a trap house lol 10/10 would not recommend. Worst motel experience of my life. Staff was good though!

It was dirty and kind of gross. I would have gone elsewhere if I wasn’t so tired.

Mega potholes all over the property. Run down nasty office, ceiling tiles missing, insulation showing. Room was awful, huge gap in door leading outside, smelled like cigarettes, cigarette butts all along the walkway, 2 trash bags full of trash right outside our door with garbage juice all along the walkway. Trash cans overflowing. Poorly lit, and prostitutes were walking up and down the property. I have yet to receive a refund for my stay although the Front desk gal sent a refund back to Hotels.com. It was so bad we couldn't even enter the room from the smell. I was honestly shocked at how bad the place was maintained. Worse than a motel from a horror movie. No joke.

3 of 4 lights were out over the sink, and I asked twice to have them replaced, but no staff showed up.

There were casino machines and it was an affordable price. I am of the expectation that u get what u pay for, so I didn't complain about the stains on the carpet or the front panel of the sink hanging off, or the missing piece of trim where i could see inside the walls, or the places on the ceiling that the popcorn was droopping with OBVIOUS water damage, or the fact there was only 1 towel in the room. But when u wake up to a sopping floor and all of ur items are SOAKED, that is not ok. It was simply uninhabitable.
