Clean rooms and quiet evening

This property was not well maintained. No curb appeal. People hanging around the outside of the entrance. Lobby filthy and front desk was in horrible array. Gaming machines in the lobby. Rooms weren't ready. They refuse to give my grandson a room because he was 15. When I booked the room no one said it was not allowed. The room fee was collected. I didn't feel safe so we never got to the rooms. It was suggested that we take a suite which would not give my grandson nor my husband and I our own privacy. Unacceptable. There was a food truck in the parking lot playing very loud music. We did not stay there. We went to another hotel in Omaha.

The plane was the most god aweful place I ever stayed at! The hotel needs to be bulldozed over. How can travelodge put their name on that property?

Where do I start? I can't believe Expedia is even backing this place!!!!. It should be condemned!!!!! There is gaps underneath the doors, leading into the rooms in the rooms. The curtains are on backwards. The floors are filthy, stained and dirty. There's hair behind doors there. The curtains look like a knife has been slashed. Cut through Em, the air conditioner face looks like it's ready to fall off. The plug ends are just barely hanging onto the wall some are not even secured. It was horrible. Filthy rooms are not clean. Garbage everywhere you looked. I did not stay. I asked for my money back. They had to talk to the manager I said i would wait. They said it would be over an hour, and their computers were down. How convenient. Haven't heard a word back since. Nastiest place I have ever... I did try calling back a couple times it rang rang rang no answering serve couldn't leave a message

This place is an absolute dump. Not only is it horribly disgusting at every turn, but nothing is maintained, my wife and I walked into our room, took pictures of the filth and wondered if we were even safe to be on the 2nd floor. No railing, shopping cart blocking the stairway. I mean really, just have any Expedia person go there and look at it. I guarantee they will say the same. I’m not exaggerating in the least. We turned around and walked out. This is beyond unacceptable for a motel. Something needs to be done. I believe we should be refunded for the expense and this property condemned. We did not stay just wasted our money. If you check out our profile you will see we spend at least 1/3 of the year in hotels and spend a ton of money through Expedia. Please resolve. Thank you

Waited 45 min for somebody to check me in room was musty faucet in the bathroom was broke will never stay again

The property was a nightmare! Couldn't even get out of the car was scary.

Upon checking we didn't receive our room key for 2 hrs. Staff had to let us in. Room was very old, Door jam bad, peep hole was plugged with toilet paper. Curtains were cut off at bottom like a 2 yr old done it. Fire alarm was laying on vanity. Dirty towel on vanity. No security latch. Bathroom door was installed incorrectly. Bottom line is it wasn't worth the money and was a horrible experience.

This literally was the epitome run down and useless, the entire time I was horrified of bugs, I was scared for my safety and the bathtub had mold, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and a hole in the wall. The door felt very unsafe, the window curtains were horrendous with stains and God knows what else. If I could I’d leave a 0/10 review.

Water damage on the ceiling tiles bugs, soaked carpet, black mold in the toilet mold in the shower. I took a shower walked on the carpet 15 steps and the bottom of my feet look like I traveled a forest floor after a downpour for several weeks. Ended up getting a full refund and the way that property looked they should have paid people to stay there.

Woke up with bugs crawling on me

Not a good place to stay. There were no towels available, no trash bins in room, toilet paper was just sitting on the back of the toilet because there was no holder, lousld noise outside all night long with several people hanging out on balconies. Luckily I was not traveling with any kids because I would not have been comfortable with staying.

The electrical box that held the cord for the air conditioning was completely out of the wall with wires exposed. The bottom of the curtain in one area, you can see light from outside the room. It smell like smoke. Water damage was visible. There was NO way I was staying at that hotel.

This should not be listed as a hotel. I’m sure it violates every single code. I was assigned to a room where the light didn’t work, the rug was so worn out it had holes in it, the toilet and shower were brown as well as being left with 10 sheets of tp left. I couldn’t let myself be in the room for more than five minutes. I have travelled the world and never been so appalled in my life. They did not refund the stay despite complaints and leaving.

Room had roaches and mice. The door had daylight coming from under the door and we couldnt lock it. Rough driveway. If the town wasnt sold out on hotels we would have left immediately. Only thing good was the cold AC.

This place was absolutely filthy in every way. Hoodlums, hanging out on the balconies and all in the parking lot, the rooms stink smell like smoke , everything there needs to be cleaned and painted it was so nasty, I refused to stay there. And they would not refund my money. At first sight , this hotel looked like it had been abandoned for a long time.garbage all over the walk ways Just thrown out there , not even in bags. Worst accommodations I have ever seen.
