Not a great hotel. Very ran down, not maintained. The room had stained sheets. Breakfast was mediocre. Would not recommend staying in this hotel

Got room for family members flying into Lincoln late on Thursday night-July 30. I had called for late checkin and checkout -which was approved. The plane was rerouted to Manhatten KS and didnt arrive til 6:30am on the July 31st. The family members were allowed to use showers but did not stay at hotel. They tried contacting the hotel when the plane was rerouted but were unable to communicate with front desk. They could not speak English and didn't seem to understand! Kinda frustrating after flying over 40 hrs to get home.

Staff was very nice but the hotel and room were gross. There was mold and obvious water damage around the air conditioner. There was hair all over the room and stains on the sheets. There were sticky spots on the floor and something smeared on the headboard. I was very disappointed by the cleanliness.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our toilet was running slow and the TV kept going black. We were offered another room but just asked that it be looked at. The staff responded promptly and toke care of the issue quickly. Breakfast was good with a good variety of items. The facility was clean.

If at all possible, find another place to stay. The property was run-down, and the room was adequate for sleeping. Staff were hard to locate for check-out, and breakfast was not available until fairly late for travelers.

I appreciate the complimentary breakfast but the food sits overnight with the humidity and didn’t trust anything to eat. The juice was diluted with water and I only assumed the beverage fountains were not clean so I didn’t let my family eat there. The bathroom sinks clogged over and over by washing hands or brushing teeth. Sheets are rough cotton and the mattress are covered with cheap mattress covers that are so bumpy and gritty (not sure of the right description). I didn’t let my family shower there as there were hard water stains and grime. Girl at the front was super kind. I think her parents were there watching over but couldn’t communicate as I told them that someone was smoking some major weed on the 2nd floor. We left this morning and would never stay here again. However, with all that said, I did feel safe. It wasn’t ghetto. Just really outdated and felt like a budget hotel that the owners don’t want to invest more money to invest. Location is convenient for travelers.

The price was ok. The pool was out of commission.Front desk not very friendly. Our sink was draining very very slowly. Stopper was broken. Bed was not bad and breakfast was good. The coffee was excellent!

Hotel needs updated. There was a grap between the door and frame (room 312) so you could hear noise all night with people shutting doors and talking. Pool was closed for repairs. Breakfast wasn't as good as the reviews said.
