when walk in the building you could smell smoke. If you have breathing issue you will have trouble with breathing. when I got into the room there was a strong smell of mold. I did not stay, I moved to a different motel.

Friendly staff, breakfast
-
I was very disappointed the pool wasn't working that was the whole reason for choosing the motel so it would be nice to know when there's like five or six other motels in Lincoln to have pools my kids have nothing to do so we didn't even say the first two nights that we booked and yeah it's just totally blew my mind

Good Breakfast. No shampoo/conditioner in room.

I do not like to write review comments.

Pool was undergoing renovations, no notice, no discounts. Considering the pool is listed as a key amenity, this isn’t right. The window frames in the room were bowed so badly that outside air could pass through making the room quite humid. Couldn’t lock the windows because of it, though that doesn’t matter much from the 3rd floor. Otherwise, it was good enough.

Nice staff and very clean room. Will stay again if in area.
-
The front desk lady was very nice. That was about the only nice thing about this place.
-
Room smelled like wet dog, bathroom was really humid because exhaust fan was clogged with dust. Food could have been better, fine for one day but for longer stays you’ll want other options. The room and public areas were clean. Many of the public doors make a racket when you opened them, so if you’re staying near one it will probably wake you up. I expect the place will get better soon, they were fixing up the pool while we were there, so expect improvements soon!

Room was clean and staff very nice
-
The room was musty smelling and actually felt damp including the sheets and the floor.

The hotel is in the remodeling process, so there was no pool option. Our room was convenient on the first floor, but had bugs coming to visit us. We did not receive a welcome package as mentioned in my initial review after check in, but maybe wasn't available on our three day stay. The breakfast room was very nice and appreciated and the staff was accommodating when we had needs. Our room keys deactivated each day so needed new ones daily.

The bathroom sink was clogged

Nice location, clean room, and a decent breakfast.

adequate for a nights stay. Nice breakfast.
-
The parking lot was disgusting. The room was dirty. The shower was rusty. The staff was not responsive. Avoid this hotel.
