roaches. had to switch rooms 4 times. wouldn’t be a bad place if it was taken care of

Clean, under construction

Receptionist and housekeeper were very polite. We u deratood there was construction going on but we were told it was just in the lobby, boy, were we wrong. There was pounding and drilling next door til nearly 8 pm. Our room had an approx 8 in pile of sawdust on the floor, opening plumbing with bugs, several screws or nuts and bolts on the AC unit.

Bad

During the remodeling process, some minor adjustments were made due to the extended stay.

They were working everywhere. Tiling the floor in the lobby. Every hall had stuff thrown out of the rooms. I believe when I booked I was promised a breakfast. Nothing. The TV did not work one night.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly The entire establishment is under construction we was not told until we arrived at which point it was to late to book another room I work nights and could not sleep

The hotel was under construction so you had to check into a dirty dusty hotel lobby filled with the workers. The room was clean but workers were making a lot of noise til 10:00 pm. That’s way too late for hammering, drilling and sawing.

I will cut the hotel some slack because they're going through a renovation of the front desk area. The room didn't have a microwave and was spartan but the bed was comfortable.

Room was not like the pictures

Hotel was under complete renovation. Nothing was finished and it was a working construction zone on the inside. The rooms were unfinished and still under renovation. On top of that when we got to our room the bathroom had not been cleaned. The shower and toilet were dirty and there was an open used bar of soap on the sink. The staff then tried to give us another room across the hall. When we opened the door to the new room it reeked of smoke and smelled bad. We did not stay. We left. It was gross

I understand that this site is under renovations. But it is not ready for people to be staying there. The should not be booking people until the rooms are ready. Actually no amenities, not even a box of kleenex.

Do NOT trust the pictures on Expedia. The room we got looked NOTHING like what was advertised. We walked in and immediately found ROACHES, a hole in the wall with pieces of the wall all over the floor, and a disgusting, heavily rusted bathtub. I refused to shower in that bathroom. We complained to the front desk and were basically dismissed. We were moved to another room, but it was still nothing like the pictures. The next day, after being moved again, we left to get food. When we came back, a man and woman were at our door trying to enter our room. We had received ZERO notice that anyone would be coming in. We opened the door, confirmed it was our room, and the man WALKED RIGHT IN and started working. He brought a ladder into the room, was working around the ceiling, and then told us they were going to DRILL HOLES and there would be DUST. WE HAD A SIX-MONTH-OLD BABY IN THE ROOM. I told him to leave. He became argumentative and initially refused. I had to stand at the door until he finally came out. Our belongings were in that room, and nobody had given us permission or notice for someone to enter and start construction. We reported everything to management and received a refund for one night. We immediately left and went to the Hampton Inn. This wasn’t about wanting luxury. We wanted a CLEAN ROOM, NO ROACHES, BASIC PRIVACY, and to be INFORMED before someone enters our room with a ladder and starts drilling. Studio 6 failed on every le

The bathroom had mold growing along the floor boards. The floors were not clean, but the beds were not dirty.

Property was in the middle of a remodel. Still can't beat the accommodations for the price. The staff are very nice helpful and friendly!

Double booked. Kicked me out at 11:00 am and I had to work nights

Seemed like all that was cleaned was the bedding. The floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped. Mirrors and bathroom did not look like it was cleaned prior to arrival.
