Studio 6 Lincoln, NE - Airport

‘Studio 6’ is formerly Hotel 6, so obviously old, however this one is being renovated. Hopefully they will catch up with IHG which is across the parking lot. It was adequate but for a few more dollars I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had a buffet breakfast and a gym/pool. Knowing what I know now I would not have stayed there.

The room was nice and clean, the caret in the hallways really needs to be deep cleaned or better replaced, there is a deserted pool with dirty standing water in it which is an eyesore for the property.

It gets the job done if you’re just wanting a place to crash that is cheap but it’s not the cleanest place and there is a foul odor when I first entered the room. Also there was garbage in the hall next to the ice machine.

I had reservations for 2 rooms and was late at getting in which i saidn i would be wjen i got in to check in they were about to give my rooms away and told me i was lucky they hadnt. Then they were rude checking us in. The hallways smeeled like pee. The rooms were dirty and one had a horrible smell that wouldnt go away. I will never stay here again motel 6 are usually pretty good but not this one

It is a no Smoking motel however you can step out on you balcony and smoke. Well the hallways were full of smoke. Noisy neighbors and a barking dog in the building. The bathroom was tiny. Toilet was literally the sink it was so close very uncomfortable

I liked the staff. All the staff I spoke with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The fact that this property excepts pets is the main reason I chose to stay there. I did feel safe; however, the room, particularly the bathroom was not very clean. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a clump of hair stuck inside the toilet bowl.

The second room was even more concerning. Multiple adjacent rooms were actively smoking cigarettes, and the smoke odor was overwhelming and pervasive. We were traveling with a baby, and the exposure to secondhand smoke was completely unacceptable and deeply concerning from a health and safety standpoint. It made the room unusable and raised serious questions about enforcement of the hotel’s non-smoking policy. The third room we were finally moved to was free of smoke, but it was very old and outdated and clearly in need of renovation. While it was technically usable, it did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or quality. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor room conditions, and disregard for guest safety—especially for families with young children—made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would be very hesitant to stay here again.

Toilet had puke from the last group in the room and roaches. Othe visitors had the same issues withe the roaches

Room was not cleaned from floor not being swept and wrappers on the floor. Three rooms, all dirty. But even worse- cockroaches. And when brought to the attention of front staff they admitted they knew of them and although owner is trying to rerenovate, not paying for extermination. Was told we would get a refund, and then tried to kick us out. Tried to make ammends by offering us a free soda. We stayed here a few years ago and it was great, I guess I gave too much trust it would be the same.

Roaches lots

Very disappointed it was disgusting infested with roaches and roach eggs had to leave immediately as they were on the bed and they denied our refund .

we stayed 8 weeks. they only came in the room if we ask them to. room was very clean when we arrived, no bug and no smell. we bought a mop & broom and kelp it that way! thanks for the joyful stay, see you next time: The Signist: I.C.Signs do You.
