The front desk was very accommodating. We were able to get our room keys early without getting in the room. It saved us from having to do it late in the evening when we got back to the hotel.

This property seemed and looked old. No pride in ownership visible.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good The hourly was hard to find from the road. I didn't see a Holiday Inn sign until I actually drove around the building

Overall the property had been updated and was fairly nice. It needed a little paint here and there but overall looks updated and modern. It's in a very industrial part of town but was convenient to the airport and stores in the area. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. My big problem was the carpet and flooring in my room were apparently very dirty. My socks never smell, but after staying in that room 4 days they smelled so bad I threw my socks away. Apparently, bacteria from other guests' feet was embedded in the carpet. I also spilled some water on the tile floor that I cleaned up with a hand towel, and the towel came up almost black. The gray color of the flooring and carpet hid the fact it needed cleaning badly. The whole place needs carpet cleaning/disinfecting and mopping.

The convenes and location. USB ports broken and no coffee maker. Had to ask for one if we wanted one.

So clean & the beds were so comfortable!

I do not advise staying at this hotel. It is very, very dirty. It is also in a very rundown area of Lincoln. I had no idea there were Holiday Inns in this condition. We left after one night.
