It was fine

We arrived at the hotel and we’re greeted by a hotel staff that was sitting on the opposite side of the front desk and was watching TikTok or some sort of Internet app. When checking in the staff member was less than welcoming. When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed that the AC was not working. I attempted to make contact with the front desk staff member calling from the room several times and did not receive a response. After about 10 minutes, I received a response and was told to turn the switch on for the AC that was plugged into the wall next to the unit. I attempted to do this several times and could not get the AC to turn on. I then called back and was told to come downstairs and get new room keys because we would have to change rooms. Mind you we checked in at after midnight and we’re extremely exhausted because of the Fourth of July festivities. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, we were able to get back into our room where there was working AC. The room, however’s bathroom was a bit dirty and had a dirty tissue on the floor and some hair in the bathtub. At this point, I was too tired to contact staff regard to the issue. This stay was frustrating and the staff was not helpful.

Easy check-in at late hour. Comfortable room & good breakfast. Good location to access freeway, gas & food. Good job Holiday Inn!

No towels in the room Floors look like had not been vacumned in weeks Paint chipped off on the doors and bathroom walls Shower curtain was torn The room smelled. Hallway floors dirty Elevators dirty I was afraid to touch anything because of the filth. We were too exhausted to go anywhere else! I did not know I could share photos or I would have taken pictures.

Bed comfy Breakfast nice Cleanliness!! I was pleasantly surprised, even though right by the airport it was pretty quiet.

We opened it to figure out what it was and the smell was horrible. The fridge was unusable. The smell stayed in the area by the fridge (the entrance) We did not want to leave it the trash in our room either, as the smell was wafting. The blind had a giant rip in it, which allowed for the light across the from the window, to shine directly into the eyes of the person laying in bed. Everything else was fine. The property was in a very odd location, but was easy to get to, The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well maintained. The eating area was clean. The hotel itself was clean.

If you want to be close to the airport for just one night it’s probably okay. You won’t get much sleep because the rooms are not soundproof. The breakfast was terrible and don’t count on there being coffee in your room, in the lobby or with breakfast. It’s also in a very rundown area. The bathroom was not updated and kind of dirty. I would not stay there again.

The room had a very musty smell!! Not good for my allergies. Not to mention need to spray for bugs as noticed a few spiders. When we asked for towels as we stayed for 2 nighrs they didnt have enough towels to accommodate all the guests. The breakfast eas good

Great stay until the hotel decides it is acceptable to allow people to check on at almost midnight. Then those guests have no respect for the people below them and proceed to wake me up

We had a clean room. Pool was freezing. Kids don’t even want to swim anymore which they were really looking forward to. Only one trash can in the room. Breakfast was decent. Pancake machine was broken so our son was disappointed. The breakfast lady was nice and inviting. Tv channels were awkward to operate and couldn’t find the channels we actually wanted to watch.
