Great hotel within walking distance to Haymarket area shops and restaurants . Great valet parking makes parking and walking to shops and restaurants easy. Embassy breakfasts are always top notch. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I stay in Lincoln again.

The A/C was not strong in our room at all and even though we had the fan on high, the room did not cool off much. The remotes to both TVs did not work very well at all and was extremely frustrating. Only water that was available since we did not want to drink out of the tap was a single large $5 bottle of water. Either provide a faucet filter or cheaper bottles of water for guests.

When staying downtown this hotel is your best choice. We were very comfortable and breakfast was great.

My wife and I went for our anniversary. Cindy and the staff went above and beyond and upgraded our room to The Presidential Suite. Room was amazing. Overall couldn't have been more pleased!! 5 stars to you guys!! Thanks again for making our stay memorable!

I was disappointed that the pool was closed and if I had known this, I would not have reserved the suite for 2 nights with 3 kids and about 98 degrees F outside.

We loved staying there! The room, staff, and breakfast were great! We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was just okay - probably not eating there again. The only bummer was that the pool was not working and we have a toddler who was really looking forward to it. They send their guests to another hotel pool a block away but that was under maintenance as well.

Place looks great since the remodel. Wish the pool was working but it looks like it will be awesome when finished. Complimentary drinks, snacks, and breakfast was a game changer. Valet service did amazing. Will stay her again. Perfect for families with kids or a couples night out.

I have stayed in MANY Embassy Suites over many years. This is one of the very best. Extremely clean and wonderful staff!

The evening snack menu needs to expand...ned some fresh veggies and potatoe chips.

Living room had empty soda cans on the floor and bugs in the coffee cups. Bedroom door wouldn't stay open and accidentally locked when pushed all the way open making the bedroom inaccessible from the living area.
