Odd decoration. Bad housekeeping. Stayed three nights and room was not made up a single time.

I enjoyed my stay, but It was very damp in my room and when I went to bed the sheets were wet from moisture or something so that was very u enjoyable.

Big storm caused a TON of water to leak in through the window. Obviously, they cannot control the weather, but they can control the maintenance on the windows. The sealant needs to be replaced. The water that came in was very brown and dirty, made the entire floor smell of mildew. They did accommodate me a new room when I asked, and the new room had a fridge and microwave, which the first room did not...

Staff is very attentive. Steaks, chops and appetizers were excellent. Great location.

Very clean rooms. Bathroom is a little small but a great stay like always.

Overall met all expectations

I have stayed at the Graduate Lincoln before and loved it….but that w2 years ago. This place has aged a decade in the last 2 years. The AC unit was struggling to cool the room. The Ice Machines were gone. I checked all 16 floors and there were only 3 ice machines, 2 were out of order and the third was barely putting out ice. It’s time for some renovations

What I liked about the hotel room was that it was retro feeling. The bathroom was very small. The lighting was not great at all. The bathroom did not have a vent. It was 9 AM and housekeepers knocked on the door while we were sleeping and opened the door. There was no sign for us to put up for privacy. Do not enter sign, the only thing I also didn’t like was to pay $25 for parking when you already had to book the hotel room and it was part of the hotel. Seemed a little pricey for the amenities that I offered, and I also didn’t like that breakfast was not included.

The noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in .. traffic noise, slamming doors, we could even hear the ringing of the elevator… $25 a day to park .. clean and quirky.. staff was nice !

We love this place! From the decor to the friendly staff. Every time we stay in Lincoln we stay here. It's also in walking distance to all are favorite spots.

The room was good, bed comfortable and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was disappointing. No grab and go options for guests trying to get on the road quickly.

1. Instant coffee. I get that the hot water pot goes w the vibe, but instant coffee is no good. Keurig, etc would be great. 2. We were there for four nights and had zero housekeeping visits. Seemed kind of unusual. So I ran out of even the bad instant coffee haha. Love having fridge and microwave in the room! As always, love the decor and the vibe. Front desk staff amazing!

Check in was a breeze. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They had a barista that offered many delicious beverages. Our room was clean. The location was perfect. Parked once and walked to all of the places we wanted to visit in The Haymarket.

Very warm, nostalgic atmosphere in an excellent location of Haymarket square close to UN campus and in the heart of downtown Lincoln. Comfortable, clean, ice-water and other needs always available in lobby as well.

Not a bad hotel however, the parking is horrendous, especially if you have a big truck conveniently located food and everything is around
