We won’t stay in downtown Lincoln again. Just poor handicap street parking. No handicap on the 3rd floor. Just poor overall.

Location and decor was awesome Breakfast was subpar, food wasn’t tasty and pancakes were doughy, coffee wasn’t that good either, service was good

Even if they aren't the type to take advantage of all the amenities, I can rely on the HGI to be clean, comfortable and have availability last minute. Almost $200 a night is a bit much for an off season stay. Also it seemed like the AC was struggling to keep the room as cool as other parts of the hotel.

Regular parking rate=$45, and I get that, but to almost double the charge for game day is not right...and not told to us:(

All the staff was great! At check-in Ross & Sooki were so friendly, prompt, and helpful! We arrived a little early, before check-in time, so our room wasn’t quite ready, totally okay! We went to get our bags out of the car as we were just going to have it parked and them hold our things while we ate a late lunch. We we walked back inside they had rearranged a few things so we could get settled into a room and not worried about checking bags with them. Valet was great too! Very prompt!
