A little noisy on the street side of the hotel.

Great room. Clean and centrally located. Walking score is 10. Breakfast was really good and fresh ground bean coffee a big plus. Lobby store could use some more items. All is well done

Great experience on my family trip for 6 nigths. It was my daughter’s birthday and we shared pizza and cake with some friends in a private room in the first floor.

Staff was very friendly & polite during check in. Parking is underground and very tight. Pricing from hotels.com wasn’t transparent we paid for it on the app and then had to pay an additional fee when we arrived to get “on site” parking for the garage. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast, nothing above average but as always hot and fresh!

The decorations like pictures on the walls were missing. The hooks were there but no pictures. The power outlets on one side of the bed didn't work. No table and chairs in the room. They did have an old broken down fainting couch but it was too uncomfortable to sit on. We asked for them to bring up a chair for us to sit on to watch TV and the refused. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible with roll in shower. There were no handrails in the bathroom or shower. It did have a walk in shower but with a 2 inch rail to get over. No handrails in the shower and no seat in the shower. I am disabled and had a very hard time showering. Also no handheld shower head. Finally, we came back to the room after a long day sightseeing and the A/C had stopped working. They told us that there was nothing they could do and no empty room that they could move us to. They said that we could leave and that they would request a refund from Expedia. So at 9pm we left and drove 2 hours back home. Bottom line it appears as this hotel is very poorly managed. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The staff were very nice but useless.

Our stay in Lincoln, Nebraska was sweet! We were close to the Capitol and was able to get an Uber to visit it. The room was neat and clean, The staff kept our towels stocked up, and we were able to stay late at the pool without worrying about time. Breakfast was exceptionally good, and parking was easy in and out! Highly recommend!!

I did not like the parking "drip pricing" game. The room was advertised on hotels.com as a "free parking" hotel. Then to complete my booking, I had to accept a $1 parking fee (no biggie but was supposed to be free/included) Then at check-in the staffer said I had to pay $10 to park on the property or use the off-site parking lot for $1. If I had booked this room for $10 more per night w free parking I would have felt I had had a perfect stay. But extracting another $10 from me at check-in for a room that was advertised as "free parking" left me feeling deceived and nickeled-and-dimed.

The hotel overall was great. Conveniently located for our needs. My only suggestion is to make sure to keep up on maintenance. The room we stayed in; a couple of the hooks on the wall were broken or loose and the drain in the shower was not draining properly. Other than that everything was good!

The hotel was clean and maintained well. Breakfast options were plentiful and the hotel staff were very kind. You do have to pay for onsite parking but that is common for downtown hotels.
