Exceptional

Staff was super busy, but super helpful. It was game day morning and she went out of her way for us!! She let us check in early and park at the hotel. It was sooo appreciated.
-
Room was spacious and clean. Good variety of choices for breakfast. Walls are a little thin so you do hear noises outside and people in the halls sometimes
-
Dislike the parking and location. We had a problem with parking because of a front desk error and we got ticketed and a threat to have our car towed.
-
For the price, they need to do general maintenance. In our room, the bathroom could use some help. And there were hooks for coats and one was missing. There was also a used empty water bottle on the floor.
-
We stayed on a Saturday night in August and it was very loud outside. It was nice the hotel leaves earplugs in the room.
