The Hotel was out of their standard Body Wash, too. So pack your own just in case. However the Room is nice, Staff was nice and accommodating and the Bed was Comfortable.

The phone never worked in the room! Stayed 5 days and only got room cleaned on the last day! Only very small trash can

My GO TO hotel whenever I come to Little Rock.. highly recommended.. staff is always nice and helpful.

Check in staff was amazing! Room was clean but beds are hard! Pool was nice but was super cloudy from the chemicals and had a bunch of debris floating in it. Pool toys were falling apart.

Staff was helpful but AC stopped working and had to switch rooms in the middle of the night during a heatwave. Hotel is empty, not a lot of activity but very nice staff. Will look for another spot next time we are in town.

It was very clean with plenty of parking space. The staff was professional and friendly. There were convent places to eat close.

White sheets., clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast isn't included but there is a restaurant/bar available that opens at 7:30 am. Not too helpful for me because I was traveling through to Texas and needed to start my day driving at 6 am. But it's a beautiful property and I felt safe.

No free breakfast. Overpriced "bistro" that no one was eating. Sliding glass door in room was unlocked to parking lot on arrival. TV would not turn off completely so a glow all night. Door stuck so had to be pushed hard after 3 tries to unlock with card. $20 "incidental" deposit on card. Waiting to see if that is refunded. Won't make this mistake again.

They need better pillows. The ones they have are like rocks and very lumpy!

The main inconvenience was that the ice machine only worked on the first floor, and we were staying on the third floor. Overall, the hotel served its purpose for the occasion. I’m not sure that I would stay again, but it wasn’t a bad experience.

Staff was working with new computer system and while struggling with it they kept a good attitude

Nice hotel however they did not have an attendant to serve breakfast on Saturday Morning. I chose an hotel with breakfast accommodations for my family. On Sunday morning the breakfast attendant was late therefore we missed it again. The television in our room did not work but the clerk did switch our rooms with no problem.
