Very good

Bathroom shower knob was broken. It was all hot water or ice cold water. The doors are stuck and had to be pushed hard open. While there was no free breakfast, there was also no coffee in the morning in the lobby. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. I would stay there.

The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was decent but had bulky furniture. There was a dresser that rolled out that took up to much space. The pool was not clean and needed to be skimmed. Didn't want to get in it due to so many floating weird slime in it. Went to the bistro for Starbuck's and no one ever came to the counter so I didn't order due to no help. Parking lot was in need to be cleaned.

The check in process and facility was great. That’s where things stop at being great though.

The welcome from reception was very nice, very smart clean reception. Room was very bright and very clean with lots of room and a nice sofa. Breakfast was also good. Nothing to not like

The hotel was as advertised nice clean and in a good part of town we arrived We arrived late and I was told that I could get a late check out of one or two o'clock and that all I needed to do for breakfast was come to the lobby and order it. Turns out that breakfast was not included so I ask could I charge it to the room and I was told that was not an option for me. I left my wallet in the room and I just broke my ankle the day before and could barely get around on the crutches they hurt my armpits so bad I couldn't find the energy to come back to the lobby to get breakfast that was the most tedious thing I ever heard I can't charge a meal to my room. So after all that I was told at cheek in that I could have a late check out of 1 or 2 o'clock but in the morning after the breakfast situation I called the front desk and asked about the late check out to make sure it was okay and I was told that it wouldn't be available to me. I'm not sure why I'm specifically singled out when staying at a nice hotel or semi nice hotel but I guarantee I will never ever stay there again

I liked the setup of the room and parking. The hallway was hot, the shower it was not clean because it had the previous customers towel still hanging in the bathroom in between the curtains. The bed appeared to have smile stains towards the headboard.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

We've Stayed here several times in the past and never had a bad experience...... this time however was a whole different experience. Our room had significant issues. The door would barely open without significant force being used to open from the hall and it was just as difficult to close and open from the inside. The bathroom door would not shut either. The shower door didn't close all the way so anytime we took showers the floor got soaked. The sliding glass door to outside would not latch. We were ground floor so this was a definite concern. We just relied on the door bar. The shower also had a shelf that was clinging to life to not fall of the wall inside the shower. We have Stayed here several times and had zero issues, but that was not this trip. The staff however was amazing, they typically always are. Gary is always phenomenal!
