Hilton Garden Inn West Little Rock

Check in was a nightmare..their systems were down and had to wait at least 40 min to chevk in manually. The property was pretty nice and lobby was well maintained

The room was clean, hotel modern and beds super comfortable!! Would stay here again for sure.

Did not have 3 sheets of Kleenex in restroom

I had to pay an 150.00 incidental fee that I was told that I will get back at the end of my stay a week later I still haven’t received it, and when I inquired about it with the building manager, she was very rude and smart with me and act like I didn’t know what I was talking about and refuse to give it to me. I want my money back 3 people at that hotel lied to me.

Why do you charge for a subpar breakfast when other hotels have much better breakfast for free.

This spot was perfect for being near the hospital. It was a 3 min drive to the hospital, convenient to food, the interstate, and had a full bar. The breakfast is an additional charge, which we did not opt for.

Pamela, the individual at the front desk is fantastic. She was so helpful and kind.

Breakfast is not worth it.

Very nice and clean. My only issue was that the pillows were too soft. Maybe it's just a preference, but a firmer pillow would have been nice. Still a great place to stay.

I loved it! Everything was clean! I’m very particular about bathrooms, and this hotel exceeded my expectations! 100% recommended.

The experience was OK. The front desk staff was nice. The room had a faint damp smell - and the coffee maker didn’t work.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was very easy, the staff friendly and helpful. I didn't eat breakfast but I did have dinner there and it was excellent.

The room I stayed in was very large, clean, and maintained very well. However, I would have liked more trash baskets. I also wish they would offer a complimentary breakfast. The staff was very kind and efficient.

Overall, a great stay. Staff was friendly, and it seemed safe. The wall thermostat was not controlling the room temperature, we learned. Need to use the control on the wall unit. Room odor was a bit off at first. Comfy bed. Good array of TV channels.
