Wingate by Wyndham Little Rock

Nothing It was very nasty and it had bugs

EVERYTHING Everything was good

The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. I asked for a oom on the top floor near the elevator and they didn't disappoint. I especially liked the bed. Very, very comfortable and warm. Hated to get out of it the next morning. I only neded the room for a quick overnight visit. Would have liked to take advantage of more of the facility, if time had permitted.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good a variety of items to choose from. Parking can be a little tight if you arrive back at the hotel late evening but on the plus side it is free.

Garbage was collected and left at the end of the hall next to my room. It has been left there more than a day. It stunk!

Stayed for 1 night due to my sister-in-laws mom having heart surgery at Arkansas Heart Hospital. The room and rest of the property was clean. Didn’t eat breakfast. Only thing I didn’t like was from 9:30 to 10:00 twice housekeeping tried to come into my room. Thankfully I had the latch on the door to prevent housekeeping from coming in both times. the second time she would’ve found me naked in the bathroom about to get into the shower. Check out is 11. I did let the man working at the front desk know how unhappy I was about the situation. He did apologize and advised he would let head of housekeeping know. Don’t know if it fell on death ears or not. Otherwise it wasn’t a bad property to stay at. Would consider staying there again if ever in the area.

Clean and comfortable heat/air

Clean Ice machine wasn’t working on the door

Had to wait about twenty minutes for the room to be cleaned but all was good .

Great location Was not informed cleaning services every 3 days. Trash built up & ran out of towels & wash cloths. If I had known cleaning had to be requested I would have done so. Nothing was said at check-in, in my email or posted in the room. Also no do not disturb sign. Bathtub stopper broke & sink handle fell off. We have stayed here numerous times but this was the worst stay we have had. My daughter was at Baptist having her second child & we were keeping her 10 month old. I did not have time to worry about cleaning services & trash! I was doing good to get 2 towels & 2 washcloths when I finally went to front desk to complain. They never offered an apology. I am very disappointed.

Location Old tv, tv screen goes blank constantly..

Almost everything … …except the shower that had a removable handle shower head and very little water pressure.

Always clean & staff is friendly

Clean, nice set up Pool was closed laundry didn’t take app

I enjoyed my stay there
