MainStay Suites Little Rock West Near Medical Centers

This is an older facility, but the room was extremely large. It was clean and had a nice kitchenette. It was minutes from the hospital and easy to go back and forth during the day. Nice staff.

It was close to the hospital, where my husband was staying The staff was very nice, but the room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The room smelled so awful soon as I walked in just about knocked me down. Everything was sticky. The countertop was just dirty. I would not recommend anybody staying here.

I came to heal after a surgery and it was wonderful. Quite for the most part, clean and was made to feel at home. Would recommend. There were sirens but it is pretty much across the street from a big hospital.

Nothing The entirety of the hotel smelled like marijuana, bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned. Upon arrival our room door was already opened because housekeeping had yet to finish cleaning and they had already rented us to that room. House keeping barged into the room without notice. Manager barged into the hotel room without notice.

I loved the kingside suite. The room was large and spacious . It was clean . I wish I was closer to the front because I was at the end where the exit was. I could hear when the door closed or talking but that was the location of the room. Everything was

Room was clean, nice size. Value was great. Close to hospitals. Very nice at front desk. Strong smell of weed in the hallways, gave me an instant headache. Had to put towels at door and line with paper towels to keep smell from seeping in.

It’s a run down property, with old fixtures and facilities that need an update badly. Staff were friendly and courteous.

It was a great location-close to Baptist Hospital. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A good place to stay for the price. I would choose it again. Only complaint was they were out of paper towels.

That housekeeping only comes every seven days or by request for a extra charge

Majority of the staff were super sweet and very patient. Due to checking in early, the room was upgraded for free. There’s a $50 deposit and a $150 pet deposit. They’re refundable, of course, but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. There was also a $25 early check-in fee.

Nothing at all The cleanliness of the hotel

Nothing. Floors are uneven and soft. Room advertised as wheelchair accessible but the floors had humps and dips so bad you couldn’t get around. We could overlook that there was no working tv and the bathroom was not accessible as advertised if the floors hadn’t been a safety hazard. There was an incline from the walls toward the center of the room. Overall dangerous. Paid for two nights. Checked out at 6:30 after the first. Awful.
