MainStay Suites Little Rock West Near Medical Centers

We stayed for 3 weeks while a family member was in icu at Baptist, the staff was super helpful during our stay and it was just minutes from the hospital which was very convenient.

Location Switched rooms cause tv didn’t work and move to a room with a kicked in door so I let that slide due to time but then days later discover water on toilet seat looked up and the upstairs bathroom is leaking down. I decided to checkout, I was supposed to receive a refund but what they did was charge my card the amount and left pending then dropped it as if no charge so no refund was ever issued. This hotels has a lot of prostitution going on in it, drugs all outside being smoked. I will never stay again

It's not a good customer service

I checked out at 11am Saturday and still haven't received my 50$ deposit back

They allow pets (Not an issue until it’s an undisciplined dog that keeps barking all night). Carpets are old and stained, they also had a foul smell from not being cleaned regularly.

LOUD!!!!! People were partying ALL NIGHT and I could hear it all. I did talk to the staff about it, and they were very helpful, they called the room being loud and fixed the issue, but there was still lots of noise. Other than tha, the place was clean and very decent room for the money

Nice clean room!! Could live there for awhile. Very Quiet and peaceful.

I never received my deposit back twice

This was the worse decision. My room had mucus on the wall and bugs crawling. The woman Pbhava at the front desk was very rude.
