It is comfortable I booked on booking.com they couldn’t find reservations 2 nights in a row after paying, they didn’t give me my deposit back I had two children didn’t have any understanding

The room itself was ok. Hallway smelled of marijuana. The front desk was not helpful when room items were needed, they sent us to find housekeeping to get what we needed.

The room was DISGUSTING!! i booked the room for July 17 and 18th and had to check out the morning of July 18th!! Asked for clean sheets and the lady at the desk was kind enough to tell me that she would have the clean the room and change my sheets. We came back to more dirty sheet-slept on the towels, glad we had our own blanket. 3 types of hair in the tub, nasty stuff still on the floor in the bathroom, the chair had stains all over it, up under the table next to the bed had old food crumbs a 2 dead bugs, the floor was uneven in front of the bed and after wiping down the table and where the tv was there was nothing but dirt on the wipe. We were in rm #320! And then as we were checking out, the poor lady was getting scolded by one of the workers who was yelling and cursing at her telling her dont call her and that she will be to work when she can. 0/10. And yes i have the videos and pictures to prove everything. When youre in the middle of an emergency and needing somewhere to rest your head, the last thing you want to be is inconvenienced! Just no!

Be careful if you are traveling from out of town to Little Rock AR, this motel gives you the option of paying at the property and prepaying. I specifically chose to pay at the property which is what I always do. The morning of travel, my debit card was attempted to be charged 4 different times for 4 different amounts but I always keep my debit cards locked because I am finding that some of these motels in Little Rock, AR specifically will attempt to charge your card before arrival. I used to work in hospitality, specifically hotel/casino management and there is no way that is ever a mistake that your card gets charged before arrival unless that is an option you would choose. After discovering this, I called the motel and wow, I must say that the gentleman that answered the phone, was unprofessional, didn't explain the process correctly and relayed false information. I then told him that I would be contacting Booking.com to see what this occurred. I talked to Booking.com and was told that is not on their end. At this point I don't know whose end it was to be on. You have to call the motel to request a free cancellation because no way was I going to stay at this motel that randomly charges your card even though you specifically chose to pay at the property. What if I had not locked my card, they would be locking me into staying or losing at least the total price because it was for one night. This is unacceptable on all levels. This was intentional because the attempt was 4 times for 4 different amounts. When I called the motel back, the guy I talked to previously gave the phone to a woman who I could not understand and the entire time was being condesending and told me that is not on them to cancel the reservation so in essence, they were going to charge me for the one night anyway. I cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one.
