The room was extremely comfortable smelled great no noise issues and the bed was amazing. Definitely will stay here again, thank you.

Room was clean as well as the surrounding property. Is is also in a beautiful area. Breakfast was real good. There is a detached pool house that I wanted to use, but our stay was too short. Maybe next time!

Big suite, big value. Not bougie, definitely not a Ritz-Carlton - just clean and spacious at a great price point.

I had also requested a room on one of the upper floors because I prefer the higher levels for a quieter and more peaceful stay. However, I was assigned a room on the third floor. Unfortunately, there were many children running through the hallway, which made it difficult to enjoy the quiet atmosphere I was hoping for. I chose this trip to relax and get some much-needed rest, so that was disappointing. Other than those issues, everything else was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The lady at the desk was friendly, the room was clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and there weren't enough luggage carts in the lobby.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious. The breakfast was bad. Cold, weird pork sausage and grainy powdered eggs. And the mattress was hard as a rock. I woke up with my back in spasms from the bed.

Gorgeous clean hotel, right near the zoo and other places. Our room was spacious and perfectly provided what we needed for a long weekend in Little Rock. Full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and sink in kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious as well, with a walk in shower. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion were all provided and were very nice when we used them. Texts were exchanged with us to check in on us if we needed anything. Will stay again if visiting the city!

N/a We where there 1-2 hours and saw a bed bug! We took the bug down the front desk and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t do anything since I booked with booking. We left immediately and had to pay another $200 to stay somewhere else for the night.

The ease of check in, the polite staff, the cleanliness, and the location. I love that check out is so late as well.

The facility and the room was very clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offered a first floor room, which we appreciated, as senior citizens. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. The only thing that I noticed was that there were popcorn ceilings in our room, which didn't matter, we just noticed it. Everything was perfect.

It was clean & close to where we needed to be. The night staff was unfriendly & unhelpful. We couldn’t get our tv to work one night. He was no help at all just told us we would have to wait until the morning. He never smiled or anything. One day our room didn’t get cleaned. So we went to get clean towels. He never said a word, didn’t apologize or anything.
