Residence Inn by Marriott Little Rock

This location offers very late check in, which was needed for our travel situation. We were greeeted by Trudy, who works overnight and was friendly & professional. The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The day staff was also professional and friendly. Our room was a suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 showers, and a small kitchen. My teenage daugter and I loved everything about our stay. Several times we said to each other we would definitely stay here again if we ever come to Little Rock again.

Stay was ok. The first room they gave we was dirty and not cleaned. Trash on counter, beds disturbed. They gave me a new room. It was fine, but not well kept.

I made my reservation 2 months in advance, but when i called to verify i was told that i had to pay a $500 deposit because i stay too close to the hotel. (I live in a totally different city) Manager i spoke to was rude and canceled my reservation because i questioned him about the deposit. It was a really strange interaction. Never had this happen before. Wont be booking here every again.

I was overly surprised by this property. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and the property was well maintained. The room was very spacious and modern. There is nothing I can say negative about this property and this will be where I stay going forward when I’m in Little Rock.

Great place to stay with family. Easy parking and very clean room. We enjoyed our suite, which was perfect for the family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through or to, Little Rock.

Stopped here on a roadtrip after an unexpected change of plans, the staff were all so kind & welcoming. Breakfast & pool were great for the kids.

Nice clean suite with not just one comfortable bed, but 2! I probably slept better than I have in a long time. (It may have been because I had been with my daughter with no sleep for over 32 hours having my first grandbaby!) it was so convenient to the hospital too! Thank you!

The surfaces and linens of the room were clean and well maintained. The carpet in the suite was a bit dirty and dingy looking. The breakfast was hot and well stocked. Front desk staff were courteous and greeted us as we entered and exited the facility.

The hotel overall was nice for sleeping, but could use some updates overall. Breakfast was decent with several options. Pool was nice and general outside facilities were okay. Basketball court could use some updates as the rim was bent. Some concerns were the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the sofa bed. There was leftover trash under the sink, a Band-Aid over the smoke alarm, random trash found in the room near and under the bed and the sofa bed was so thin, really only meant for very small children, not accommodating for an adult. Need to be more thorough with cleaning and update old furnishings. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were there for two nights and really just needed a place to stay so it was good for that.
