The staff were helpful. You have to pay 12 to 17 dollars to park for those who don’t know that and they are a cashless hotel. The restaurant located inside was superb. Don’t forget your ticket for breakfast which will be given to you during check-in because the breakfast is worth the early rise. The rooms are nice and worth a two night or longer stay, however I will suggest staying on a higher floor, possibly the ninth. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the hotel is in a convenient area.

Very quite for being off the highway and breakfast was good Came back form a day out and my bed was made and my sheets and blanket were still wet when I called they brought new one but they were wet to

Not only did I pay for my room through Expedia but after checking out of the hotel I realize the property also charged my credit card for the entire stay. So my 490.00 two night stay turned into an 800.00 two night stay that I now have to dispute through my credit card company. I specifically asked for a receipt at checkout and they would t give me one.

Great location

This hotel was clean and breakfast was good but I will warn you that we prepaid our room but when we arrived, they charged us a $250 charge for incidentals and you had a choice to spend $12 to park in the regular parking lot or $17 to park in the parking garage. Of course, the $250 incidental fee is supposed to be returned to our account but it can take several days to get it back. They said they charge that much on the weekends because they get a lot of people that throw parties and destroy the rooms but I do think they should have that info on their website because that is excessive and a lot of people can’t afford to lose that money for several days, especially when traveling. It was also extremely busy and there was a group of young boys (a sports team) and they were extremely noisy and disrespectful of the hotel. Our bedroom window faced the highway so we heard traffic all night long and just after midnight, we were woke up by an alarm that told us to get to the staircase and make our way out of the hotel. Minutes later, after we were already out of bed and getting dressed, they announced the alarm was a mistake. Turns out, one of those unruly boys had pulled the fire alarm. So, while the hotel was nice, clean, and a good breakfast, it was a long, stressful night. I would recommend this hotel in general, but maybe not on the weekends and I suggest they lower the incidental fee unless it’s an obvious group that may be an issue.

The breakfast and cocktails with hors d’oeuvres were good. I liked the arrangement of the suite. The bed was not very comfortable. OK.
