The hotel we had originally booked gave out rooms away and we fortunately were able to book last minute.

Staff was great. No wheelchair. We were staying overnight because my daughter had had surgery. Really could have used a wheelchair

Good place to stay

We had booked two rooms for us and grandkids. When we checked in at 4:45 our rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby. Yes it was beautiful but the check in starts at 4:00 and we were not the only ones who were waiting. Our rooms only had two towels in each room. We had 6 people per room and it was booked accordingly. We also had to call for extra pillows for the pull out. Breakfast was ok, a buffet that the fruit was the best thing. The pool was next to front door which is odd. If you park in the garage be prepared to walk a mile.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were with a big group for a family reunion. I will say everyone we encountered who worked here, were extremely nice, helpful, and courteous. Our room was AMAZING! The buffet breakfast was outstanding! Truly a great stay!

The property is becoming dated beyond the lobby area. The carpeted areas were highly stained and the high traffic areas had dirty flooring. Our room was clean but the carpet looked worn and gave the impression of being dirty. The bathroom was clean and the bedding and furniture looked worn and just dated. The pillows were awful and should be replaced. They were flat and long overdue their usefulness. Breakfast was fresh and offered many hot options. There needed to be an attendant for the food area because the lady tending to cleaning tables was too busy to manage both areas. Children made a huge mess of the cereal areas and there was not anyone to clean it. The furniture in the breakfast area had some pretty major tears and needed to be replaced. We had to pay extra for parking in the garage and on the outside property. There was no free parking. The air conditioning did not cool our room to the temperature that we set the thermostat to, although we prefer the room to be very cool for sleeping. Overall, the property was not up to par for an Embassy Suites Hotel. I would not stay there again.

The suite were nice sizes, breakfast was good, and the staff friendly.

We stayed there bc we have always like ES. We were disappointed in the HH bc the pretzels and crackers were stale bc the fan was blowing on them. At breakfast, no boiled egg and no waffle offered. Coffee ran out so too bad

Clean room. Excellent staff who was always quick to greet you and also help in whatever way possible. Breakfast is always a highlight!!! Excellent value!

Tried to get omelet for breakfast and chef said they stop making at 9:15 however breakfast isn’t over until 9:30. Tried to get iron called automated system that didn’t work had to walk down to front desk to get iron.

Staff was great, went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met as a guest, will definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

We only stayed one night but loved it! It was super clean and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic also!

We shouldn't have to pay for parking.
