The staff was amazing! My door to my room was left open I’m guessing from the housekeepers and my shower had no shower curtains:(

My stay was great! BUT However..why do you charge a fee to park anywhere on the property. If you paid to stay, why pay to park your vehicle?
-
Great service.
-
Best hotel for the price I've ever stayed! Clean and comfortablerooms , great breakfast and restaurant
-
Please note parking is tight for vehicles with columns placemat and that the kitchen closes at 10 pm. Otherwise, great service and great room.

Front desk personnel and kitchen and dining room staff. Swimming pool being closed for 3 days. Promising my Granddaughter she could swim everyday, not 10 minutes one day. Housekeeping did not come get dirty towels or trash after being called twice, finally I went downstairs to complain and she came up. I had also told them that the sheets had a stain when we checked in and I wanted them changed. Nothing, I put a clean sheet on top of it and went to bed. Next morning I again talked to Housekeeping and again asked that sheets be changed. Bed was made with original sheets. Kids were in the pool with no parental supervision. I was told by manager on duty that Hotel manager would call me to discuss refund.

Breakfast was trash. Not what we’re used to with other Embassy Suites. Flimsy plastic utensils, paper plates, and about half the selection. Also didn’t open until 7:30, which imo is too late

I had easy access to downtown.

We had a fantastic stay! We were bummed out about the pool not being open, but other than that it was wonderful!

Very clean Everything was fine

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet with several nice upgrades. We did get some inaccurate information on check in.

When we arrived, it was late at night due to my grandpa being in the hospital and my grandmother not wanting to leave him. We finally checked in after a very long day and made it to our room. While my grandmother was in the shower, I was getting everything arranged and making sure the beds were clean. I noticed a bug on the curtain, so I checked the bed to ensure I did not see any bed bugs. The top blanket had black hair all over it, so I pulled it back, and the whole bed was covered in black hair, as well as the pillows. I went downstairs while my grandmother was still in the shower to ask for housekeeping. They said no one was available and I would have to change rooms. I had to go back up and get everything packed back up and explain to my grandmother (who has Alzheimer's) what was going on, and she became very confused. I convinced her to go back downstairs with me so we could get our new room assigned. It was definitely not a good experience. The staff helped change the rooms, but the principal was not cleaned. I had my grandmother, who cannot handle changes like that.

Nice hotel.

Loved the location and the aestethic of the hotel. I can’t think of anything.

The property was well maintained. There needed to be more than one person at all times during a check in when there is a convention being held. One of the bartenders in the bar was rude to more than just me. Several people were complaining about her attitude, the rest of the staff were great.
