Delta Hotels by Marriott Little Rock West

First, the outside of the hotel looks a bit worn. There was a large tree limb that had fallen obviously a long time ago and was still lying in the parking spots. We spent $190 for one night and it was not a great experience, honestly. There was some bikers there for the night too, which I have no issue with, however at 2 am they were still LOUDLY raving up their motors and zipping around the parking lot. I’m our room the entrance light was half working, bathroom hadn’t been entirely cleaned (a hair here and there) and the drain plug was on top of the tub. I realized later that it was because the drain was clogged. The water was standing a good 1-2” by the time I finished showering. Staff were friendly but not very enthusiastic. We visited the bar that evening and had a few drinks, but they were not very well made and were extremely expensive. The whole experience was just lacking and quite disappointing, especially due to the price we paid thinking it would be a high quality stay. I would not stay here again, honestly. Not worth the price.

this was a terrible experience. when i walked into the room it looked like someone was already there before me, the tv didn’t work — every channel was in espanol, there were absolutely no small face towels and when i called the front desk asking for some they brought up two hand towels.. i guess they expected me to wash my body with a big towel thats meant to dry your hands, so the next morning i woke up and as i was laying down i looked down at the bed’s comforter and i seen a blonde eye lash extension right by my head.. disgusting!! then, once i heard noises outside my room i asked housekeeping for two small face towels and they told me they didn’t have any and were out. what kind of hotel doesn’t have small face towels? so after that i made my way downstairs to the front desk to speak with the manager, i told her from start to finish how things were going and she insisted that we transfer to another room due to the tv issues and the lack of cleanliness. as soon as we made it to the other hotel room i walked in the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no soap, so i go to use the soap that’s in the tub and i see a BABY ROACH crawling on the floor in the tub!! i immediately run out the bathroom to tell my partner and as soon as i bring them to the bathroom to show them, ANOTHER roach is crawling on the sink and this roach is even BIGGER. so this time i went downstairs and told them we were LEAVING!! this is very much unacceptable, i will never be visiting the delta again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Nothing to complain about. It was very clean. The only thing missing was a fridge and microwave.

The hotel staff are amazing. I was only staying for one night but the airline lost my luggage. The staff were so helpful in letting the luggage get delivered AFTER my stay was complete. Excellent custo.er service. Always had a smile. Exceptional. Also the room was clean and comfy.

No breakfast included. Hotel did have a restaurant but chose not to use it. Room was clean. Quiet… a good night’s sleep

Super solid and nice! Had a great stay. Close to a lot of great restaurants and other conveniences. Lots of parking available.

Customer service was excellent! The hotel is under some construction. Bathroom is outdated. No ice machine available on any of the guest room floors. Unfortunately there was a roach inside of the refrigerator inside of my room, the front desk switched my room with no hesitation! Hotel has a bar onsite, service was great at bar, too!
