Very friendly helpful staff. Location was close to my Healthcare center. Bed was clean & comfortable. Toilet was very clean. I felt personally safe and secure inside my room. Grocery store and several restaurants & coffee shops were close & convenient. Nice clean towels and plentiful toilet paper. The fridge & microwave were clean and worked properly. Very fast wifi and hooked up immediately. The air-conditioner worked well and wasn't noisy. Both door locks worked well. Nice hot water in the shower. Very flat pillows and only two of them. The only chair was wood, and marked up with crayon. While the bed & toilet were clean, I can't say the same about the floor, the outlet covers, the back splash, and the corners of the room and some things were outright grimy. The vents were extremely dirty and dust covered. The TV did not work, it said the cables were not connected, but they were connected, just non-functional. The outlet next to the sink didn't work at all. No coffee maker, no shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer, no iron, no ironing board. The floor was very dirty. I wiped a damp bath mat over it, yuck. Photo included.And there was solid, visible crud on the edges of the back splash, the air vents, in crevices around the doors & windows.

could of had some coffee available or a coffee maker in the room. Could of had a king bed, could of had a blanket without cigarette burns in it. Could of had some instructions on how to use the TV remote. People at desk could of understood english a little better. Could of had some water or something to purchase without having to spend at least 5 dollars to get it. Hopefully I will never need to stay at a Hotel 6 again.
