Quality Inn & Suites Little Rock West

The room was clean and big enough, the breakfast was also good A very old tv set

We stay here often but was disappointed with our last 2 visits.

Hotel was nice and the complimentary breakfast. But I checked out 5 days ago and still have not got the $75 deposit for accidental coverage that is mandatory at check in. When I checked in the guy said it will go back as soon as we checked out. That didn't happen the next morning the lady said 1 to 2 days.. its been 5 .

Room was fairly clean at check in and breakfast offerings were sufficient. Used the fitness room, equipment was antiquated, visible rust and broken parts. Television in the room was old, hard to hear without cranking up the volume, probably bothered adjoining room. Road noise from adjacent bypass traffic. One of the rear entrance doors didn’t accept key card for entry. Ice machine only available on first floor, others were unplugged with sign stating it was the slow season for the hotel?

The location was great, the only negative thing was that bedroom and restroom needed to be updated. The wallpaper in the bedroom was peeling and the ceiling in the restroom was peeling!!

The room was amazing and the staff was super friendly The breakfast was not at all the best. I ended up throwing my food away and getting something to eat from McDonald's

Hotel was clean, were late getting there and staff was helpful and friendly checking us in.

Not much. The night person on check in at 8pm was extremely rude and disrespectful. He needs to be reprimanded for his shortness and disrespect of women. The breakfast was late and the biscuits were stale and old.

Room smelled overpoweringly of a very floral cleaner when we arrived - had to open a window. Unscented products would be better.

Clean too, comfortable beds. Staff was very nice. Hot coffee (reg & Decaf) at our late check-in was great. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were good.

The staff was very helpful and quick! The hotel was well kept and clean! I would highly recommend it
