Springhill Suites Marriott Little Rock West

easy to access location, spacious rooms, breakfast and snack options, crushed ice dispenser. shower head leaked on the floor, no meat option on the breakfast and the pool was freezing cold.

I did not like to pay for parking when it was regular parking, not underground and had no security.

The room, bed, and Suite was everything expected. There was the smell of Marijuana on the hallway, but you can control vaping

I like that it was clean and it has a indoor pool and it lock for safety very nice. Some more options for breakfast

The manager who checked us in was so incredibly nice. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable!!

The inside pool for the grandkids and a quiet place Which you could have some ham and bacon for breakfast

Exceptional

Great The elevators not working

this is where you need to stay!!

Nice facility, nice room. This is my third stay here over the past few weeks. Will book with them again when I am back in Little Rock. I do hope they get the elevator fixed, it has been down for at least two weeks

I loved the room layout, and breakfast was very good. Elevator .down during my stay and I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere made my stay relaxing and pleasant. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the service provided. I would happily recommend this property to other travelers and would love to stay here again!

Our toilet ran but they quickly repaired it

Exceptional

I like the size of the room Staff. Broken elevator. With a 14kg baby and a 7kg stroller. Rude front desk lady named amber said I will cancel your stay or just be ok with the second floor when I requested a first level room.

Cookies were good! Easy to get where I was going Walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations in rooms around us. Bathroom needs an overhaul. Toilet seat rough, towel rack coming off wall, tub scuffed up. Breakfast had no meat.

Loved the design of the rooms. The bathroom shower was remarkable. The shower controls were designed so that you could get the water temp exact without having water shower down on you while trying to make the proper adjustments. And the doors themselves moved effortlessly. All was perfect

ELEVATOR not workinf. No print out on bill. Told E-MAIL only. Parking charge on credit card but hotel info states free parking!! Weird $1.00 charge on credit card!! Very strange.

location it cost more than our last visit but still okay

Location and staff My air didn’t work in my room and they were booked and couldn’t move me, room was not all very clean floor was nasty
