Good stay. Left to early to receive breakfast.

The area was safe. Nice staff. And check-in was fast and friendly. The rooms and pool area were clean.

My first time at a Holiday Express and I have to say the cleanliness is immaculate great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the service was great as well. The breakfast was included Im not a big fan of breakfast food so I only had the biscuits and gravy that was ok but it wasn’t warm enough I think I got the end of the batch. Although it is near by a few fast food joints and close by the freeway. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again

Loved the hotel, I think Expedia needs to do a better job of describing the rooms, they made it seem like the room had a separate bedroom, it did not. Overall the hotel was great.

Noice place for the money. Breakfast buffet was not very good. Very limited choices.

Cons: Only problem with the Handicapped room was: 1. Shower wasn't designed well. Water went in the floor, ran to the hall and was heading to the hall door because it didn't have a little lip to keep water in. The couch seemed very low and missing cushions. My mom couldn't sit in it. The bed night stand was so flimsy we had to be careful not to push on the board. The room really wasn't good for someone with walker or scooter Handicapped person.

We traveled approximately 7.45 hours from Texas and were pleased to check into a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel. Due to family in Arkansas, we frequently visit the region at least twice annually. While we have stayed at various hotels throughout Arkansas, we have chosen to designate this establishment as our preferred "home away from home." We plan to book here again for future trips. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality. We sincerely recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Little Rock, Arkansas.

Clean room, easy check-in, plenty of parking, and a well stocked and fresh breakfast!

The terrible part: Rented an ADA room for 4 days. The shower was set up so that water was literally flowing out shower to the room hall headed for the door to the hotel hall. I had to get more towels just to mop up water. The shower needs a lip on the shower to keep water in. The shower head was a spray one but it was so heavy my mom could barely hold it up to shower herself. The room at up was terrible she could really get her walker around in the room. The night stand was a board screwed into the wall.. if my mom even leaned on it to get up it would have broken out if the wall. The chairs were so low to get out of it was like they were missing pillows at the back to lean on and it's too low. The only chair the right height was the desk chair. I needed a fan they wouldn't lend me one... they are for the cleaning staff. Nice can't lend me just one. I bought one and left it for the hotel someone else needing a fan. Amazing night staff. Amazing Breakfast staff. THE ADA ROOM ISSUES SHOULD REALLY BE FIXED IN YOUR ADA ROOM. I WOULD SAY IT NEEDS SOME HELP TO MAKE OTHERS TIME MORE ENJOYABLE.

This hotel was really nice! Our only disappointment was no cinnamon rolls for breakfast! But, we’ll be back!
