Excellent breakfast, clean, quiet, modern

GREAT staff, clean updated environment and the breakfast was good. LaShondra went above and beyond her job duties. She is a definite asset to your company.

Customer service

Traveling from Texas…long day! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious

The breakfast was pretty good and had a good selection. The eggs and sausage were a little cold and hard to chew. The coffee was delicious! The treadmill in the fitness center is extremely loud.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was decent There was shaved hairs on the bathroom shower walls, evening staff was hard to understand and didn’t seem happy that we were there.

Good

One of the most unfriendly front desk people I have ever met. No greeting, and she hardly spoke at all. Handed me a key and told me what room I was in. That was it. Room was 60' from front desk on first floor and wifi was so poor as to render it useless. 2 nights with no wifi. Would've killed my daughter. I am old so I know how to use the TV. Also, the water pressure was pathetic--water just fell out of the shower head. Whole experience was pretty meh.

Excellent

We came to Little Rock to see Hamilton and stayed one night. It was a perfect place to stay for our trip.
