Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock-West by IHG

This hotel was really nice! Our only disappointment was no cinnamon rolls for breakfast! But, we’ll be back!

Loved the location of the property.... landscaping beautiful... breakfast pretty good... waiting on one elevator for cleaning staff to move their room carts was a long wait... and the only thing I notice with this group of hotels is NOISE.... they need extra insulation when building....

I book through hotels.com, I have had less trouble with them than I have whwn booking directly through hotel. This time however they were unable to find my reservation upon arrival. I had to call and figure out the mess afte a long day of travel. The hotel room was clean but was hot upon arrival. Breakfast was good. I wish there would be better fruit options

We were very pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was extremely quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower. Everything you want a hotel stay to be. We did not utilize the breakfast, because we were in a hurry to get on the road.

I liked the neighborhood (safe area of Little Rock). I liked the proximity to the interstate for travel. The building and furniture were new. The breakfast was good. There was an issue with my name when I arrived. Somehow the last name used was my middle (maiden name) name and not my true last name, and at first we were told there was no reservation in my name. Eventually, after some discussion, it was cleared up but not before creating some dismay. The room was a bit noisy. Soundproofing might be improved. There was a bug crawling on the wall in our room. (not a roach, something like a large ant)

As always, it was wonderful stay!

Convenient location just off our way home from Texas. There are several diverse restaurants in the area, and the hotel offered a list of 30-40 with addresses and distances. Points! Loud talking and running steps on floor above, both late in the evening and early morning.
