Studio 6 Extended Stay Little Rock Southwest AR

Inexpensive. Multiple dislikes: 1. The first room we were assigned had NO sheets and horribly stained mattresses. 2. No washcloths 3. Between 3 & 4 a.m. a woman beating on our door, running and yelling down the hall. 4. A lot of activity in the parking lot when we arrived around midnight. 5. Lots of noise all night. We had to sleep with the air conditioner fan and noisy bathroom fan to drown it out.

My dad and I, along with 7 other guests, waited several minutes in an empty lobby waiting to get checked in. Eventually, two staff members arrive. Instead of apologizing they argued that everyone was exaggerating their wait time. Very unfriendly and rude. The hallways and elevators smelled horribly. The towels were stained, the fridges were leaking orange goo, and the counters and furniture were cracked and peeking. The blinds were broken and missing chunks

Our room had dirty walls, gaps in the floor molding with small bugs wandering in and out from the gaps, our shower had no curtain on it, stains on our sheets and towels, and at least three other residents tried opening our room door. This place was very strange and felt quite unsafe.

I didn’t get to stay there because I missed my check in and they said my reservation got canceled and I didn’t even get my money back yet. The office smelled like someone was smoking pot.

After dark there was very loud music coming from other rooms and people stomping around and staff did nothing.

I WILL NOT STAY IN A MOTEL 6 OR SUITE 6 MOTEL AGAIN.

Was not bad, didn't realize that people liked on the property.

Appearance the room looked pretty good but in the refrigerator there was roaches and couldn't eat or drink anything there appeared they rushed cleaning dried stains in front of the fridge door on the floor residents say they knew it's infested The residents said that they know there's roaches so I will be getting in touch with the BOH for them this is sad, television didn't work unless you purchased an app the phone didn't work wanted staff to witness the roaches the clerk staff sort of hid

I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. The desk attendant was carrying on a personal conversation the entire time she was checking us and others in. She wasn't exactly rude but she was curt and and not very friendly. The room was the bare minimum, not even a phone book.

That's to it off the pool is not open

When I first walked into the property, you could smell the cleaning supplies from where they were. They had been cleaning most of the hotel rooms I’ve ever been to you can never smell the cleaning supplies so it feels like it’s been 20 years since they cleaned. staff did an amazing job when my key messed up. They were more than willing to take the time to help me get it fixed. There was a new gentleman who is being trained at the time and he did a wonderful job. He’s I feel like he’s doing great on his training. I liked that the property was like put off by itself. There may be businesses back there, but it’s not on a main strip to where all you hear is noise.

Nothing Paid for my room online. Got to the hotel and there was no staff to check me in, called the front desk several times and got no answer. Took me weeks to get a refund because no one could get in touch with the manager of the property

It was quiet I didnt like the nasty stove refrigerator the dirty floors or the extra room mates ( roaches) when i reported it i was told its because there close to woods thats not what causes roaches.

They don't accept cash as a form of payment. There were no towels in our room. No remote to the TV. AC took over an hour to cool the room down. Staff was not friendly. Zero stars 🌟
