Studio 6 Extended Stay Little Rock Southwest AR

The microwave stopped working in the room. I've told front desk for three weeks and it's going on 4 weeks now. Still nothing.

The room had a stove The room was not very clean and it had poison around the edges of the room and under the bed. According to the receptionist pest control had just been there. Not sure why they would not clean. Since we did not realize that at first and our dog started acting strange unable to walk or even stay awake, we believed it had gotten poisoned. We asked for help so we could contact the pest control company and figure out what the poison was in order to get treatment for our pet. The receptionist said she could not help us and that the manager was out for 3 days. We called customer service and they refused to help us saying they could not contact the manager that we should talk to the people in site. We tried calling the receptionist again and she yelled at me over the phone and hung up. We tried to call customer service again and we were both put on hold for at least 40 minutes each time and up to 1.5 hours. I ended up going back to the hotel and was not able to find anyone but I did take pictures and video of the conditions of the room and how the staff was absent. We were never able to find out what made our dog sick and never received any support from the people in site or customer service. Thankfully we did not get sick too. Now we have outstanding bills from animal poison control and the Veterinary.

Surprised after arrival I was charged extra 82.00$ just in case of damage to room or in case I stole something. There was nothing to steal in that room no extra toilet paper or extra towels refund they said if the room had no damage when we left. Beds were good clean So I’m waiting for the refund to appear on my credit card. This total system of things is broken!! Sad for honest people who feel taken advantage of. 😂

The rooms are spacious,comes with a mini kitchen and the beds are comfortable. All the staff is really nice and very helpful. There's no iron or ironing board in the room but it does have plenty of space to hang up your clothes.

No towels and no breakfast nothing

The staff is very rude.when you ask for clean towels they say they don’t have any.no pillowcases for the bed.had to buy my own from family dollars.ask the manager to clarify an error with my request and she said she off and it’s nothing to discuss.i told her she was rude and requested the manager over her.She said he is in India

There was no staff when I arrived. And when he got there he gave us a room with someone in there. When we went back he said that he wasn’t sure if the other room was clean so he was gonna check it. We ended up leaving due to the poor service. I don’t blame the young man but u blame whoever the head boss is for leaving him so uninformed. Do not recommend.

The bed sheets had hair on them and the room smelled bad will never go there again
