Comfort Suites Little Rock West

Just so everyone knows, the splash pad is closed permanently (I wish I had known before hand because that’s literally the only reason we stayed there). Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pull out sofa was gross. Shower head was broken so we had ZERO water pressure. The “crib” we used was a pack and play that was SUPER GROSS (baby just ended up sleeping with me and I was up every hour making sure he was okay). Overall, it was okay, but not worth the $200 I spent for 1 night.

After weeks on the road across six states, this was by far the worst stay, and was a major mistake on my part to book, but when I read the name “Comfort”, I was trusting enough to believe the conglomerate that owns this brand now might actually have the capacity and intention to honor that word…they don’t. At all. The person who checked us in made me feel more like I was being booked at a P.D. than a hotel. He also was either unable or unwilling to make eye contact, and seemed to have zero training in customer service within the hospitality sector. That was the first red flag. The room layout was awkwardly designed and the sofa and seating area was entirely unappealing with deeply soiled stains on its fabric guaranteeing it would go unused by our family. The final insult to injury however was the water. Every faucet clearly implemented a temp governor that stopped at luke warm. After a long day on the road, we were met with a shower and bath experience that left us shivering, and more stressed out upon exiting than before entering. It was also evident that someone before us had even tried to remove the echelon fasteners around the valve handle, likely in an attempt to adjust it for heat, which felt unsettling. I’m not sure who runs this specific chain of hotels but we definitely recommend skipping this place.

Have stayed here multiple times took 10 minutes for staff to come check me in. No towels at the pool. Breakfast accommodations were poor. The waffle maker was broken and the juice machine was broken as well

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. This was my family and I first stay here. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Ways to get to off the interstate. And close to shopping and food. We will definitely be staying here again!

The internet was down the entire weekend which didn't allow the TVs to work & the ice makers didn't work either.

The property was well maintained and the staff were so helpful. I booked a suite for a concert in town and I would definitely recommend anyone to this location it’s perfectly located to stores and restaurants. When I come back I will stay at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, pool was nice, and hotel was clean, but is in need of some updates. There was what appeared to be mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the bed in the pull out couch was broken and unusable.

Room was foul smelling, only 2 towels for 4 people. No handtowels washcloths. Pullout bed had stains and no sheets.

Wonderful stay would stay again

Room was not cleaned during 4 day stay. But we just bagged the garbage and disposed of it.
