Hampton Inn Livermore

Hampton Inn may not be a 5 star hotel but they are always reliable. I did happen to look in an open door while the room was being cleaned and saw the cleaning person cleaning the toilet rim with a washcloth or small towel. I know they’re washed, but ICK! I also really wish their TV’s in the dining area weren’t always on Fox News!

Stay was pleasant overall. The lower rating is because they charged my credit card outside of what I already paid in advance. I called to get it fixed and they charged me again instead of refunding! They did refund the two charges finally, but these could’ve been missed if I had not taken a look at my credit card bill carefully.

It was close to Stanford

Good breakfast, easy parking, clean room, but wish there was an activatable vent in the bathroom and the door was more well constructed. Other than that everything was good.

Walked in the door, it smelled like smoke. While walking down the hall, I see someone putting up tape, walked into my room, and it smelled like paint. Location is great, close to the SF outlet, got a delicious Poke bowl delivered. I would have left, but it wasn’t a n extended stay, so I powered through. Definitely will not be returning. Just knock down the building and start over.

We had a great stay. Quite a dramatic positive change from last we stayed here. One of the few hotels in the area with Netflix and a large screen TV. Breakfast is also good.

A very comfortable stay.

I liked the property. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and everything was easy to access. Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming.

From the point we walked into the Inn, it was wonderful. The parking is great, easy walking distance. Handicap accessible all the way around. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The staff promptly greeted us and was helpful. The lobby was welcoming and clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are comfy and the bathroom clean. The amenities were wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and had plenty of options. The staff in the morning was helpful and kind. Had responded to a mess my child made with patience and kindness. Will recommend this place to anyone.

If you need a place you stay, Livermore is where you want to be. Competent ,& accommodating staff. Clean, well appointed rooms. Well equiped gym. Tasty breakfast with variety.

Great stay! The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

We found a spider and some bugs in our room.

A very sad and tired Hampton Inn. Would not stay again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. The breakfast was better than expected with extra touches.

The Desk, the team, cleaning crew, and the facility was outstanding! I can’t forget the breakfast fabulous and plentiful. The room was fabulous and very well maintained. Your desk staff was outstanding from the moment I checked in everything was done very professionally, kind and easy to talk with. Really appreciate the time spent in the facility if highly recommend to others. Keep doing what you are doing it’s working,👍

Very satisfied with my stay.

There was a lot of construction on the second floor. My room was in the middle of all of it. Moments after I arrived and locked the secondary door on my room. I was changing in one of the construction workers tried to walk in without announcing himself, however, the lock did catch it. When I advised the clerk downstairs, he simply didn’t have an explanation, but said that it was possible one of the workers try to walk in. I advise them. Is there a reason why they would try to walk into my room unannounced. He stated no and apologized and would have his manager talk to me. However, his manager never followed up.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful.everything with the room was very useful and comfortable. There were some room renovations happening which resulted in a room change however it was not that much of an inconvenience. So much to be positive about. The pool was excellent. It is private, relaxing. The provided towels and the lounge chairs and a picnic table gave three pool days which were enjoyable. The hot breakfast items were very good and always hot coffee at reception was nice.

Stayed here 12 nights. 3 nights no hot water in the entire building,

I missed my first night. The staff told me the room was cancelled as a “no show” but never refunded my money. Beware these types of owners…
