I missed my first night. The staff told me the room was cancelled as a “no show” but never refunded my money. Beware these types of owners…

Great room and staff. Only unfortunate thing was the elevator not working which meant we had to carry all our luggage on the stairs

The place was clean and well maintained but on our last day of stay there were no hot water. My wife wanted to take a shower but when she started the water there was no hot water at all so she ended up not getting a shower anymore. An hour after that I was hoping that there would be hot water already but still there isn’t so I ended up taking a shower with no hot water at all. When we were checking out that day the lady in the front told us that they had a problem with the water heater or something related to water heating thats why there was no hot water. They told us that we were just going to get refunded a 30% for the what we paid for the inconvenience for not having a hot water and which good but over all I really like the place and the workers are really nice too.

No hot water and the elevator wasn’t working. I stayed there for 2 nights. Will think twice about coming here.

Lean room. Good bed No hot water. Called front desk, nobody answered. Tried again 10 minutes later and was told that there may be hot water in an hour. Went to breakfast. Juice machine broken. Runny eggs. Then back to room. Still no hot water, so left.

The locations was great, it was a basic hotel stay. You could hear everything, from the people outside to the hallway, to the next room. The beds seemed comfortable, but we had a hard time sleeping.

Good location, nice size rooms. Complimentary Breakfast in am. However issues with infrastructure made this a less than satisfactory stay.

Breakfast was awesome both mornings, plenty of variety. And the waffles were a huge hit with my 4 yr old. Only issue we had and were aware of at check in was there was no hot water in the building on our first day. Thankfully it was resolved by mid day on the second day

Great staff! Quiet, fun and professional! The grounds are impeccable in my room with exceptionally clean. When will the wellness, the TV was actually easy to run!

Yes, I was charged an additional $10. The front desk told me that booking.com forgot to charge enough for taxes. That is unacceptable. See above. I like accuracy and up front ALL CHARGES rather than below average accounting.
