Great staff and property. The breakfast was great, room was clean and modern.

Staff was unfriendly! Limited amenities, just the basics! The worst part of this hotel was the carpet in the room! It felt greasy and even after taking a shower, we had to put dirty towels on the floor to keep our feet from getting dirty!

I was very impressed with my stay. The breakfast was good variety except I wish they had turkey meat instead of all pork each day, but it was delicious. The rooms was clean. The staff was friendly and I thought the hotel was better than I had expected. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place. The pool area was OK. It looked clean and the workout room/game room. Was OK. The game room only had a foosball table. Maybe a ping-pong table would’ve been nice and the use of board games to check out but all in all I gave it five stars.

Check in was efficient, room was quiet and very clean, bed was comfy, a/c was wall unit but quiet. Breakfast was great with enough choices. We will stay here again.

Nice and diverse breakfast

No complaints other than staff maintenance need to look @ the water damage on the ceiling of Rm 227.

Desk staff was very polite and professional in both nights and morning. I had a bathroom sink issue which was resolved as promised. Missing batteries for the TV remote, and a razor I forgot, were both provided on request without issue. Breakfast was as expected (hotel food) but maybe better than average (not too much packaged stuff). Food staff was courteous. Location Livermore is very accessible to surrounding dining, hardware, etc. Recommended.

We were double billed for this stay - we will need a credit issued as it was billed to my corporate card.

The toilet wouldn’t flush all the way unless you held the handle down until it was done flushing. The bathroom doors was squeaky.

Hampton Inn may not be a 5 star hotel but they are always reliable. I did happen to look in an open door while the room was being cleaned and saw the cleaning person cleaning the toilet rim with a washcloth or small towel. I know they’re washed, but ICK! I also really wish their TV’s in the dining area weren’t always on Fox News!

Stay was pleasant overall. The lower rating is because they charged my credit card outside of what I already paid in advance. I called to get it fixed and they charged me again instead of refunding! They did refund the two charges finally, but these could’ve been missed if I had not taken a look at my credit card bill carefully.

It was close to Stanford

The staff at breakfast were really attentive to the food and the coffee. Everyone was very friendly and caring. The front desk people had a good sense of humor and were very friendly. I really can't think of anything I didn't like.

Good breakfast, easy parking, clean room, but wish there was an activatable vent in the bathroom and the door was more well constructed. Other than that everything was good.
