The breakfast was amazing and the room quality was great!! The hotel was very quiet and a nice area. Everything met my expectations

I think the biggest issue was Saturday morning. When were the busiest trying to get breakfast? They had rented out the breakfast area to some group. I think it was a Weight Watchers group so there was nowhere to sit to eat breakfast and the ice machine was never working.

I loved the friendly staff! The customer service was excellent! When I had problems with my TV, he came right away to assist me. The complimentary breakfast is always good there; I come here often. Great location! Had problems with TV not working and had to switched rooms. Also, didn't like that the second room had ants! Not a lot but enough that I had to shake off some stuff in the bathroom. The ants came out during the night after I left a food rapper in the garbage!

The room smelled like cigarettes, and I spoke to the staff about getting another room, but they didn't give me one.

And they ask me for $50 dollar deposit It’s almost one week and not receiving back my $50 dollars. I’m still waiting.

We stated for one night in a king room with a pull out couch. For the most part things were great. The room could definitely be cleaner but it did the job. The staff were friendly and helpful. We woke up in the morning to ants in the room it seems someome left dog food by tge ac and it was attacked by ants. I informed the front desk and the gentleman apologized. Breakfast was a great perk!

Room AC and Bathroom vent not working. Outside temp 96 degrees. Room was unbearable hot. Woke up with severe headache and respiratory system burning. Hotel would not accommodate a room change, refused to acknowledge the issues or provide a refund> Had to check out and go to another hotel down the street.

Our tv did not work. It cut in and out the whole time. Ended up watching a movie on my phone. We let the front desk. They mentioned they had no other complaints.

The staff at this hotel were so nice and friendly and helpful, they were a huge part of my favorable review. We were on the second floor and the room was spacious and clean. Check in and out was very smooth.
