We stayed for 2 week nights. It is one of the few properties in the area that allowed our dog. Overall, the stay was great. It was some of the best hotel service we have ever received. And I think their customer service was honestly the best part of the trip. They were very helpful and answered our questions with great knowledge. The food was good. Nothing to complain about. The buffet and eating area was spacious. Overall, the property was clean. I think my only complaint would be that there were minimal stains on one of the beds when we got there.

The hotel staff member at the front desk was very unfriendly and seemed unable to explain things properly.

Clean room with noisy family above room. Families should be placed on first floor since the walls are thin. Breakfast was varied and okay.

All good except I reserved for two queen beds but got a King bed. It was difficult with my family to sleep on sofa bed
