The hotel is showing its age; the shower water pressure was weak, so I think the showerhead needs replacing, and there were other areas that required inspection and replacement.

There were cocroaches and the place was very dirty.

It was beautiful, spacious, and it had an apartment complex feel. I wish we could've stayed longer!

The room was very musty smelling. The room was clean. It’s more of an outdated place. The breakfast was simple but good.

The place has become a low life low budget facility. Poor maintenance buildings are falling apart. Old messy garbage cans are always overflowing outside overpriced. I would say for the age of the building and the overall cleanliness of the entire facility and grounds staff extremely rude. I've had a bad experience there with one of the managers that no longer works there. I had to file a complain against her.. beds were comfortable although cleanliness was very disappointing. I was first given a room yet as they went in it smelled like mold and mildew as if it had been flooded before and nothing had been taken care of headboard around my finger across the top. Dusty thermostats won't go down past 69° so if you want a cold a room this is not the place to be. Seems like there's crack addicts living there. There's a motorhome park in the parking lot that has been there for over a year. Somebody must be living in it. I don't know if it's maintenance or somebody that works at the hotel. Overall you get a feeling of uneasiness being there. I don't recommend it to anyone I didn't like too much about the facility. Overpriced. Not clean. Old ran down. Seems that people that are there are living there more of a long-term than just staying for work or travel. It's as though a lot of people are coming out of Oakland and living there. Not a good place to be. I wouldn't recommend it. Garbage cans are overflowing with trash and alcohol cans. Methamphetamine pipe laying in the dirt so not a place you want to take. Your kids or I don't recommend it for anybody Over a span of 14 days I was there. Cops were there in the parking lot multiple times several times a day. Loud people outside your rooms. Arguing and fighting all hours of the day and night on several occasions. If you're downstairs absolutely horrible. If there's somebody upstairs, it's very loud. You can hear every step and every noise stay away from the place. That's all I can suggest. Front office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful

Our stay is perfect. Rooms are clean. No signs or smell of cigarette. We got everything we need. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are very friendly. One of the best experience we had. We will definitely reserve in this hotel again

The clean was spacious and clean, the bed was a little hard and the rooms needed a little TLC. But overall it was clean and an enjoyable stay

The shower didn’t work cause the head was loose . The phone to call front desk or even use for an emergency didn’t work . Just made a buzzing sound . And they were short staffed so don’t offer late check out . Smelled like dog pee on carpets. Asked for bottom floor and received the second .

Breakfast was ok. Only one choice for meat. Powdered or ready made sacrambled eggs. Its not fresh egg. Bananas were green. Everything else is OK. I saw a live large cockroach trying to get out of the bathtub early in the morning. TV too small. The coffee pot was dirty. Scums inside the water pot.

Never seen a harder working staff and landscaping crew. Every day — they truly have pride in their job and are so wonderful. The entire staff here have made a time where we needed extended stay with my family and stress levels at maximum — they created a wonderful temporary environment to call “home”.

Location to convenience store. Next to freeway. Morning breakfast and coffee. Wifi, was horrendous often unusable. Had to use phone many times in place of "wifi". Fitness center has 70% of machines were broken.
