Mediocre food offering. Should have been at least 2 waffle makers (3 are actually needed); the eggs seemed freeze-dried. Stains on carpets in #123 and a sub-standard job of vacuuming overall.

I won't be staying here again. A h**ker smoking a cigarette sat out front of a room right when we pulled in. And yes it most definitely was a h**ker, no one wears skimpy night club clothes, a wig, and 12 inch heels at 2pm. Pool was filled with hair and other debris, also ice cold in the middle of the day due to not being heated. Hot tub taped off with caution tape. Which has apparently been like that for awhile. Biggest reasons I picked this place was for the pool and tub. It's false advertisement to say you have a hot tub when you dont. And the other reason was for breakfast. Which honestly was really bad. I got sick from the powered premade eggs that tasted terrible. Our room had unknown substances splattered on walls and cabinets throughout the kitchen. Room overall is really outdated. And the carpet was disgustingly discolored. There's obviously long term residents staying here, with several broken down cars and an RV in the lot. I did not feel safe leaving my car unlocked for a single minute. Don't stay here.

Everything was great.We loved staying here. WE THOUGHT THE POOL WAS A LITTLE DIRTY.

The hotel has shown sign of aging. However the room wad spacious and clean. The amenities was amble. It was easy to get in to and from the hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay. For these reasons abd the price that I paid, I would have given a five stars rating for my stay, but my room was missing an iron and ironing board, abd that the hair dryer failed to with.

This would be a great place to be for an extended stay.

The breakfast was good: oatmeal, waffles, fruit, an omelet, bagels, juice, and more. It was disappointing that the jacuzzi was not working and that the pool was not heated. However, we only stayed for one night, so considering the price, everything was great.

The breakfast was fantastic. We have stayed in higher cost hotels that could learn from SenS. Great value and variety. Thank you I can't think of anything.

Have stayed at this property a few years ago and it was great for a one night stay with a pool & hot tub. Was hoping to get the same experience but the hot tub was out of order. The sole reason for booking this property so needless to say it was majoring disappointing. It seemed a little runned down from before- some landscaping would do it justice. It gives a sketch feeling from the run down cars that are parked there but in all fairness the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Would not return.

Very clean and comfortable. Love to lay out of the room. Staff was exceptional. Would go there again but see below We picked this hotel out of all the surrounding hotels there that we have stayed at before because the your hotel had an outdoor spa. Both my wife and myself have troubles and we're looking forward to spending several hours in the spa on our anniversary. But no one told us when booking that the spa was broken and out of work and several other people at the pool told us they'd been there for almost a week and it has been still broken. So sad. Kind of ruined our night. We loved everything else about the hotel

Breakfast was not waw, most of the days things ran out and we had to eat elsewhere. I believe the property was not prepared for big group of people and waited till the last minute to prepare for the meal. The property itself was okay, but unfortunately, the experience with some of the male staff completely ruined our stay. The front office staff, especially the young man working at the desk, was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the beginning. He provided absolutely no explanation about the property, the facilities, or the rules. We basically had to figure everything out on our own. Only made me pay and sign and gave my my room keys, THATS IT The situation with the pool area was even more disappointing. The man in charge of the pool area was also very rude. We were sitting there having a normal conversation and were not disturbing anyone. Instead of simply approaching us and politely letting us know that the pool area was closed at 10 PM, the police were called because, according to the staff, we had not left the pool area at 10 PM. Mind you, there is a sign without operating hours on it ! go figure If someone had simply approached us and kindly said, “The pool area is closed now, please head inside,” we would have had no problem complying. There was absolutely no need to escalate the situation in that manner. That is not what I would consider good guest service or hospitality. I do want to mention that the female staff members we encountered were pleasant and nice. Unfortunately, the behavior of the male staff members made a much stronger impression and left us feeling very unwelcome. The property itself is okay, but based on our experience with the staff, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. Especially for big groups or families. Good customer service matters, and unfortunately, that was seriously lacking during our stay.

The same night staff worker call the cops for the guest because we were just chillin around the pool with friends and family,but the cops said they get an call for guest was mishandeling around the pool.that was an lie. The room were clean Breakfast first day we arrive were good,bit other days was missing sometings was missing

they enter your room even if you ask them not too! the one my patio while i’m not there then leaves it unlock. they have roaches and mice. and for the price they charge this isn’t ok. i report it an they just stared at me.
