Nice person at check in. Checked us in quickly and gave us a free bottle of wine! The rooms were clean but very dated and our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Well worth the price. Very close to Syracuse Mets, which was purpose of our trip.

The property is clean and the staff were great. The welcome gift was very much appreciated! The king room was smaller than expected and it would have been nice to have shower gel, but it was comfortable. My only significant complaint is that it was pricy. I expected better for the cost.

Unfortunately the property was quite dirty! The beds had hairs and it was apparent the bedding hadn’t been washed. The towels were clean and the overall room was okay. Smoking was happening somewhere on the floor. I’m sorry to say I won’t be returning. The day shift person was very unfriendly.

Room wasn’t very clean. Very loud where I was on main floor by elevator. The staff at 7:40-8am were talking outside the room for nearly half an hour and I couldn’t sleep. Breakfast area was very unkept and limited foods.

The property overall was clean. However, my room-was not. We didn’t have much time once checked in to look around the room so we didn’t notice anything. Getting back after the concert, we noticed a bra in the closet which the staff took when they brought us another blanket. It wasn’t until the next morning when I noticed a pair of men’s boxers on the floor under the curtain. We didn’t have any males in the room so certainly not ours. All we got was an “Oh sorry”

We have a nice stay for one night. Bed was comfy. AC was cool. Quiet to sleep. Nice place to stay.
