Ac was out in hallways, but okay in room.

Swift check in. Hallway carpets were filthy & smelled. Room was spacious and generally clean but very outdated & not up kept. Peeling wallpaper, shower curtain too short for the shower causing wet floor, water stains on ceiling. No ice bucket in room & someone else’s dirty sock found. This place was not representative of a Holiday Inn quality.

I booked a King suite online and was told when I arrived that they only had a queen room with two beds. I have still not received a refund for the difference in the room costs. Staff said they couldn’t help and Hotels.com have been unresponsive.

The air conditioning was not wirking in the bar, restaurant and common areas. The room air conditioning was excellent. Shuttle service to the amphitheater would be nice and probably bring in more guests

This is a great hotel! Love the free Starbucks Coffee in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel has a great pool / hot tub and restaurant.

Staff was amazing from the front desk, to Jim the shuttle driver, to a Jen at the bar/restaurant. Room and hallways were clean and well maintained. Would 100 percent book again when in the area!!
