Front desk was helpful and super friendly! The easiest quickest check in I have ever had at any hotel. Clean and would 10/10 recommend!

Convenience to the airport and really liked that they had a shuttle to the airport since I did not have a car. The driver was ahead of schedule which made me feel better because I am a person who likes to be early to my flights. I am not a fan of animals in a hotel but I realize I am in the minority on this issue. I just do not like dogs and cats in a bed . It is nasty and I can usually smell if an animal has been in a hotel room. I think they should raise the price of bringing a pet into a hotel.

Coffee was empty when we came downstairs and not refilled the whole time we were in area. All seating areas were dirty so not able to sit unless we cleaned it ourselves. Food area was also dirty and all hot food was cold even though breakfast only started 1/2 hour before. Person in charge of cleaning and refilling was playing with phone the whole time we were there . Person at front desk told us to take it up with the person on phone if we needed something cleaned because it’s not a problem they needed to handle.

the bed and pillows were very comfortable. paper plates, paper coffee cups, plastic knives,forks etc.

It was a pleasure to come into our room. It was so clean & neat. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Room was very quiet too. Breakfast was very good with many choices to select. Great place to stay.

I frequently stay there. Staff remembers me when I check in. Shuttle to airport is always early even at 4:00 am. Won't stay anywhere else.

The entire hotel was clean and neat - wonderful staff - and breakfast was full of variety and delicious !

Mattress was very comfortable. Clean room. Large room. Quiet. The USB plugs did not work. The pillows were too soft. No variety in pillow type.

The breakfast was amazing, I almost always stay at Hampton inns when I travel if I’m not staying in an Airbnb. I feel like the hottubs are always out of service and it’s honestly one of the reasons I choose a hotel. It should be compensated in your stay when an amenity isn’t available
