Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse North Airport Area

Front desk staff were great and check in was seamless. Room & Property was clean. Pool was great. No complaints!

The gentleman the checked me in was outstanding. I’ve been in the service industry for over 25 years and would hire him in a heartbeat. Hotel was clean, had everything we needed and was conveniently located for our needs. Just wish there was a better selection of restaurants near by but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I’d definitely stay again.

I will NEVER stay ANYWHERE in Syracuse other than this amazing hotel. It’s rated very high and it met and exceeded ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS! The staff was professional and competent. It was refreshing to not have a person that was dumb or common sense challenged. The room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable. So comfortable we decided to stay in our room. This place was sold out Saturday night and now, I clearly know why!

It was perfect for an overstay for our flights. The indoor pool and hot tub was a nice perk. It's clean, spacious, quiet. I'd stay at this property again.

The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The only issue we had was our room faced the highway and we heard vehicles all night.

We've recently had difficulties with other Hampton Inns and have started staying at other hotels. This Hampton Inn is what the others should strive for! Excellent all around, from staff to room to breakfast! Thank you!!

Everyone was very friendly and conscientious, including Wade who I spoke with the most. Staff were super accommodating when I needed help with getting my room near my friends room and getting a cot for my son. My only suggestion would be some couches in the lobby so we can sit and talk. Not so comfortable sitting on chairs for hours. Beds and pillows were amazing!!!! Thank you for everything!!!

I was traveling alone and appreciated the friendly and cheerful staff. I enjoyed the free breakfast and used the gym, where the equipment was in great condition. Highly recommended for a stay. Five minutes to the airport or train/bus station on the hotel’s easy shuttle. And there’s a 24 hour Dennys restaurant you can walk to across the parking lot.
