Tru By Hilton Syracuse North Airport Area

From check in to check out the accommodations and the staff were great. We went down to breakfast and there was a college sports team eating breakfast, no worry at all about supplies or cleanliness. The staff was working together to ensure we all had what was needed. Would definitely return!

Exceptional

Clean, bright and very comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was good and was ready right on time.

Location to event we were attending, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and storage! Narrow hallways

Clean and good breakfast.

The place was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was great as well. Also perfect location to everything.

Very clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful! Ac unit didn't work properly every time the cool turned on ut made a loud hum and kept us up most the night. No coffee maker or microwave in room. Being up at 4am and could not fall back asleep with being up every 1/2 hour throughout the rest of the night coffee at 4am would have been helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and beds are comfortable. Free parking and close to the highway.

Superb

Exceptional

Nice clean, new, comfortable hotel.

Staff was nice, property okay, worked for our group going to the State Fair. Was hoping for a better breakfast, not looking for fancy but something more edible than microwaved "omelettes" and pretty sure non meat "sausage". The cheerios were decent.

It was very clean. The ac was blasting and it was very cold in the hotel. I was able to control temp in the room which was good.
