The room was great! It was comfortable and we were able to relax before and after the concert we went to. The staff was very nice and were able to set us up with a shuttle to the train station.

I would recommend this property to anyone. Is well made and well maintained. The unit is easily accessible, with plenty of parking and falls right behind. It was lovely to have coffee by the falls. The host were kind enough to message that property was ready for us a few minutes earlier than check-in time. Having coffee shop just below the unit is convenient to enjoy in the mornings.

Everything was great!! We were with our grandson and he loved the pool area! Bonus all guests we met were lovely!

The rooms were just recently renovated and were so nice. My family had plenty of room even when my son and his family stopped over to visit! Breakfast was amazing, my niece loved dressing up her waffles every morning and we loved the Wednesday night reception! It was great to have a bite to eat when we arrived that night and a glass of wine!!! Not that I loved having to find a place last minute after my air bnb cancelled on me, but I am so glad that it did, this was the perfect place to stay for our family time and shopping trip out to Syracuse!! Only complaint which was fixed immediately was that the body was empty in one of the showers.

This will definitely be my go-to when in the area. I’ve stayed in many bnbs and hotels and this is the nicest one in Syracuse yet.

Breakfast had a variety of options each day, was always warm and well attended by staff.

Everything was excellent! The only thing is that Wifi was a bit slow

Very clean, nice size rooms, amazing breakfast buffet and they had gluten free options! Not really keen on the barking dogs at 530am and then when we left our room at 7 was greeted by a dog running free in the hallway. Luckily it was not aggressive but you never know.
