Pleasant staff despite busy I Food at breakfast wassparse

The property is under construction so I understand that it could be a mess however there was glass all over the parking lot and pieces of metal where we walked our dog. Just because a place is under construction doesn’t mean these things need to be there.

The place is under renovation and didn't have the proper AC/heating at all. They had a portable AC unit in my first room that was ALSO blowing HEAT! :( I did go down to the front desk and they gave me another room with only a twin bed and that too only had some portable AC but it worked with no heat blowing, thankfully. They shouldn't have rooms advertised for FULL price if they aren't done renovating and/or have the proper amenities.

Little things like the TV remote didn’t work, and the AC was a bit loud, but the staff was friendly and the beds were great

what a disappointment. the front desk staff has no personality. no welcoming hello's, no disclosure of out of order pool.. fitness center or ice machines!! the hotel looked like a war zone broken-glass and litter at the front entrance due to ongoing construction.

For the price the place is good and very safe with walking distance to drug store and gas station plus food. The place is under construction so there was noise during the day but minor. They can try cleaning the dust more often ! Staff were great and breakfast was okay. Maybe adding a variety of fruits and oatmeal would had been great. Add a microwave in the breakfast area for those that like their milk warm .

There are renovations going on, and it looks like some corners were missed in keeping up with the construction dust in the adjacent rooms.

The hotel itself has is very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was a bit congested. There was work going on at the property and so there was sound. To compensate the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle was driven by a very nice person who made you feel welcome. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was nice! Would surely recommend.

Well they lied about having a pool and gym waited tell the next day to tell us the food was terrible too waffles and syrup sucked no cream cheese for the bagel and we left the same day I paid extra just incase so I can get a partial refund and they refused to give us our money back for 5 days when we only checked in and bring our stuff for one day

This property was fine to stay in however it does need to update their rooms. It does look like they are doing some work and the pool and workout area were closed down because they are updating it. If this hotel does some major changes, it could be a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and the driver to the shuttle was excellent.
