Syracuse Grand

Check-in was very difficult. I rented 2 rooms and it took forever to get through the process. I filled out 2 forms - 1 for each room - and once it looked as though it might be finished, the lady gave me 2 more forms to fill out. I had to add my vehicle information again, even though I had provided that information on the previous 2 forms.

Decent room, clean bathroom good water pressure, comfortable beds and decent breakfast, weak coffee.

I've stayed at this hotel before because it is close to the airport. My previous experiences were pretty positive. However, this time was not so much. The room had a funky smell that I couldn't quite place and it was a bit off-putting. The room wasn't filthy but I wouldn't call it "clean" either. The sheets on the bed kept falling off the bed and were rough and so uncomfortable that I only slept for 45 minutes before having to wake up at 5 am to head to the airport, despite laying down 5 hours earlier. I'm not sure I will stay here again based on this experience.

The floors turned the towels black when cleaning up water from them. Dust was thick on the lamps. The rooms fire sprinkler was coated in what looked like hair and dust wrapped around it. The mini fridge didn’t look like it had been wiped out. And the grout along the outside of the tub was separated from the floor and gross. We will not be staying there again

There was overflowing trash right by the entry door. Room wasn't disgusting but not clean. Dust on light fixtures, smears on mirrors and floor was streaky and bathroom floor was gross. Plus there was sort of a bleach/rotten milk weird smell in the room. Luckily, we were only there less than 24 hours.

When we pulled up to the property the trash can at the front entrance was overflowing with trash all around it making the place look very questionable. It was after several of us mentioning it that they emptied the can. However once we settled in we were relieved that was the only real issue and the staff was very helpful.

This hotel is a bit dated but the hot tub makes up for it. I booked a room at this hotel because it had a hot tub and pool. They are opened from 9am to 9pm. I checked in a bit late but did use the hot tub in the morning. It is close to Starbucks, Walmart and Destiny USA mall. I will def stay here again when I visit the mall.

Greeted by nice staff member. Check in went well. Opened door to room and was confronted with an awful smell. There was dirt on the floor, dirty rug under the bed, sheets had dirt marks on them and bathroom was not clean. Concerned by the dirty sheets, I pulled back the sheet and saw blood marks on the mattress pad. Staff did move us to another room but couldn’t get past the lack of cleanliness in the first room and overall dirty, tired hotel.

NOT CLEAN. A horrible smell in the bathroom. Stains on couch cushions. Our daughter’s room had an active water leak and smelled as well. Never again.

Rooms where clean and the staff was awesome

The hotel itself was clean and refreshed when we arrived. The room had an awful musky smell and was certainly old. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been touched since 2000. The pull out couch did not have any sheets or pillows. A family of four we checked in to stay in between selling our house and buying a new one. We didn’t even have enough towels for each of us. Highly disappointed.

Room was dirty. Breakfast was not good.

Great hotel, I heard it was renovated. Good price. Pool is small and very warm but that is ok, kids had a good time. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful, thank you so much!

Staff was amazing. The carpets in the hall and in the rooms were filthy. Very obviously dirty and stained. The pool was cloudy. I’m not sure it was maintained the way it should be. We didn’t have breakfast there because we got up late. Our neighbors were very

Stayed with young children. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was delicious. The room could have been cleaned a bit better. But otherwise very happy with the stay there. Would definitely return.

The room was fine and hotel was very quiet for sleeping. Free breakfast was ok- nothing fancy but a fair selection. Not really within walking distance of anything and there was quite a bit of trash in the parking lot that could have used a good sprucing up. Overall price was fair and beds were comfy!
