Days Inn by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse

It was the equivalent of a transient motel. If I could rate it a negative number, it would be -15...Filthy walls and carpet, broken shower head and toilet. Why was the lotion dispenser dirty? Brown water (I think) damaged tiles on the ceiling. Flies!! Cigarette burns on the bed cover, holes punched in the bathroom door. And who took the smoke detector?? The towels had doo doo brown stains. Yuck! When we checked out, I asked for my receipt. His response was people don't usually ask for them, and then complied. I complained to the front desk about the terrible conditions and asked if people lived at the motel. He hesitated, and then said yes, just not on the side we stayed on. I told him the place was absolutely disgusting and should be condemned. He said "well, it's a mediocre hotel." Avoid this place at all costs, unless you are desperate or a hobo. Worst overnight stay EVER!! I have pictures!!!

Convenient, priced right . Location . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room had a oder to it , TV didn't work and only one bed I reserved two. Hidden $100 fee given back upon leaving .

It was a great price for the 5 hours we slept there beds were comfy could use more pillows

It was close to the venue the concert was playing. Check in and out were relatively quick. Low traffic in the area at the time.

Our room was infested with flies and after complaining, we were moved to another room. A wheel was missing from the desk chair and was told it would be replaced in about 10 minutes. It took two more requests and an hour later the chair was replaced. The breakfast area was in a room labeled "Conference Room" and the breakfasts were very sparse. There was nothing but coffee, juice, and very small muffins. A snow blower was parked inside the room, and the tables and chairs appeared to be placed in the room haphazardly, as if they were meant to be in a storage room. The best thing about the room was the sheets. They were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well.

First, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind & helpful. He helped me into the office after I'd stumbled and set us up in a clean, comfortable & spacious room. Our beds were new, the linen crisp. Carpets were also new: it was apparent that management was making upgrades & repairs all over the place. Parking was perfect: right in front of our room. The A/C worked well, also fridge & microwave. Unfortunately the bathroom was a bit small but overall we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

Nothing, we literally checked in took one look at the room and checked out, waiting on a response for a refund It was gross there were webs in the room mold under the sink and fridge broken things in the bathroom the pillowcases and sheets were gross and the lock on the door was broken

I did not like the way breakfast is handled or offered

The carpet smells. Some of the light fixtures were not working, and there was no soaps and shampoo on the bottles attached to the walls. We only had 1 mini size bar soap and lotion.
