You canceled my reservation before I got there with no notification. Will never use booking.com again!!!

I was supposed to have a room and pay at the property and when I got there no one was even at the business and they said I couldn’t get a room because I didn’t pay ahead of time so I had to find a room that was closer to the price thank god I found one just a block away I didn’t stay here because I didn’t prepay so I had to find a different place to stay

HomeTowne Studio’s didn’t have a room after my 1200 mile drive. Sent me down the road. Called Thomas in customer care Ext. 22. Wouldn’t give me re-embursement to find another place to stay. No more Book.com Poor customer relations. They had my money 2 weeks prior to my scheduled arrival. No reimbursement yet. No apologies. Sickening. They said previous tenant had destroyed room I was booked into.

Nothing Bugs to start..1st night..then it got worse.....random substance left in cabinet by previous guest!! Then....fire alarm went off (3rd night) and they sprayed down the room w smoke coming from it....and guest taken away in ambulance bc of a bloody hand..all.at 2am.

Receptionist was very friendly. She called me ahead of time to let me know the office closes at 7pm.just made in time. Bear minimum amenities, noisy AC that wasn't very good at keeping it cool. Very dirty outside, I was afraid to touch the handrail going up the stairs. Nasty...

Not 24 hr staffed. No turn down service. Stayed multiple nights no new sheets or towels supplied. (You can go to the front desk and request but apparently I went to late)
