Don’t expect to have your room serviced if you’re going to be there for more than a day, some staff were helpful and that’s just 2 at the front desk. Unfortunately during my time there the property experienced a power outage from a thunderstorm

Wasn’t ready for check-in(5:30pm) once checked realized the he ac unit, microwave or refrigerator wasn’t working properly. After leaving then returning still no air. Then came a storm that wiped out electricity. Staff did refer me to another property and staff turned in items left behind after leaving hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Breakfast has limited options. Ample parking, staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The listing was deluxe king suite with a bedroom, kitchen and dining area that slept 5. I walked Into one room, one bed and a giant hot tub in the middle of the room. Not the listing i booked At all. Whole hotel smells like weed. People live in the hotel so there’s belongings and people standing and being all around the building all night long. The fire department was called due to someone smoking in their room. Overall i dont Think I’d book here again.

We have been coming here for years. The new owners have made many upgrades, it's like a brand new place. Always a pleasant and affordable stay..

I loved the room everything was good but my air kept turning on and off when i called for help I got service 1 time literally. I even seen housekeeping and asked for help she was no help ! I didn’t know how to turn the jacuzzi off because I didn’t know how but other than that 10/10 just need better AC.

Room above was very loud with stomping at 1am- called the desk / they did nothing / will not stay on property again - staff was not helpful

The room was reasonably clean however I did ask for sheets to be changed and they were but there was something on the floor that wasn't mopped. Staff was very friendly and helpful air conditioner work as expected. Appreciate free WiFi. Breakfast was very disappointing. Jimmy Dean microwave sandwich unacceptable.

Nice

It was very noisy. There was screaming next door, doors slamming all night. Did not sleep well. However; when we called the front desk they promptly took care of the domestic problem and when the radio was loud at 4 in the morning, took care of that as well. I liked being able to register and leave on my phone. See the above
