The lobby was updated but had a musty odor. The rooms looked older than what the pictures depicted. Front counter staff was nice.

Didn’t get the two queen beds that I booked.

When we got into our room the rope bedspread had pink and purple little stains on it. Those stains followed onto the shower curtain and into the jetted tub. The staff was great and we didn’t have a single issue with the staff who were working during our stay. We just did not appreciate paying what we did for a vacation only to have noise problems and to have stains in our room.

This hotel have bed bugs. Terrible time staff don’t know anything. All there rooms were full. I had to find another room for the night in another hotel. Management was nowhere to be found for 2 whole day. I will never stay with this hotel ever again.

Close by where I was going Room was filthy. Floors very dirty. Bathroom toilet ran all the time and leaked water on floor. Could barely flush toilet. Inside guts need to be replaced at least if not the whole toilet. Breakfast sucked.

Everything was actually really good.... Especially for the price. The only thing was I had to clean out the Jacuzzi tub..... Staff kinda slacked on that.

The hotel could use some repairs to the elevator floor (kept catching my foot on the broken piece.). Staff was very nice.

Had an updated room but toilet flooded and was told as a woman to turn the toilet water off and no discount added

Very easy location staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfest was really good, with a good verity of items. Lobby is beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. So close to the Ford musem and one of the great lakes.
