It was closed, never got to stay It was closed, and no one reached out to let me know

Nothing It was so dirty and ghetto. I didn’t even stay in the room. It was just nasty, I had to give them the keys and told them I could stay there at night

Location Too dirty. Cockroaches everywhere. Dog hair everywhere. Smelled like dirty dog everywhere!

Price Bed had dips

The breakfast wasn't breakfast at all. Just some sugar filled muffins and oatmeal packets. But I didn't have silverware or bowls to prepare for my oatmeal. The halls smelled of marijuana. A pit bull tried to attack me in the lobby. The desk was left unattended for long periods of time. There were no lids for the coffee. There were zero bowls, silverware or cooking items (skillets etc.) in the room. They wouldn't let me check in early.

Nothing - it was horrible THE ROCHES, the terrible smell, the dirty bath towels, the dirty shower curtain, the stained carpet, the stained walls, the strong smell of urine by the bedside table. Basically everything!

Roaches

Called booking. They said booking is in their system. But, not at the property. We ended up going back to the airport and stayed there till our flight

Nothing Everywhere you went in whole place smells like animals and urine staff took a long time to come to desk to get me check in and then had a attitude

Pathetic Facility dirty and smelled bad

Nothing Cockroaches, window that wouldn't close, dirty blankets, and dirty sheets

Convenience Smell and cleanliness

The front desk attendants were nice. The hallways leading up to my room smelled so bad. Every single trash can was over flowing. I also found roaches in my refrigerator.

Nearby the beach. I chose this facility because breakfast would be served. There were no eggs, sausage, cereal, milk, orange juice or toast provided. Only coffee and granola bars were offered. Had to spend more money buying breakfast somewhere else. Please stop advertising breakfast at this facility.

The hotel was horrible unclean and the bed very uncomfortable, The staff was great, that was the only saving grace and they did refund the rest of my stay. I was scheduled to stay three nights and only stayed the one because it just felt dirty, shabby and the curtains were wrinkled. I did not want to stay the night at all but was so tired I just did not have it in me to move and find another hotel after working a 12 hour shift at 8:30 at night. l would NEVER ever recommend this hotel. EVERYTHING except the staff

I really love how the staff is on it... meaning you ask, and you receive.. kuddos to charlie and vanessa for making my stay there very enjoyable. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely go back if need to. A few times the elevator was dirty inside and there was trash left outside the trash door.

stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when the in town. 10/10 !

Front desk was closed after a certain time so I was unable to get any service until the next morning. Had to sleep in the chair due to the sheets on the bed. Dirty towels left in the elevator

The Room was clean , Went down to Redondo Beach for a few hours had some good fish there Only a few miles from Hotel Dishes were not ready at check in had to wait an hour for someone to wash the dirty dishes, dishes was a problem for them seem as if they have been stolen they should charge a $25. deposit and they should invest in dishes. The chair was broken would not go down once set back we reported to front desk Breakfast was not included got hot coffee and a muffin and a nutri grain bar that is all, Booking said Breakfast included. good thing Food for Less was up the street.

It was great Tons or roaches and did not have a shower head
