Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport by IHG

We booked one night at Staybridge before going to another hotel closer to the LB Port Terminal. The location of Staybridge is right behind the Holiday Inn which made for some cramped parking, but we were able to find a good spot in the front row with EV chargers. Parking is regularly $15 per night, so be ready for that. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast; the dining room staff did a great job cleaning and stocking for all the guests. We checked out on 6/14 and the young woman at Guest Services mistakenly charged me twice for our stay. I was able to contact Staybridge and Jaime (you are a rock-star) cross-referenced my stay with Booking.com and processed our refund. Thank you for all your help! At arrival we were greeted with a subdued Front Desk employee; not rude but not friendly. We went up to the 6th floor which reeked of marijuana. Thankfully our suite did not smell, so no issue there, but for those who are sensitive to that smell, just be aware.

Location Cleanliness - the grime in the room made me fear for the unseen critters. Loud noises from upstairs all night - it was like a rave up there. Expensive parking. Mediocre breakfast.

Kitchen in the room House keeping was really not good. We have to wait for bath towel for more then 1 hour and eventually need to go to front desk to collect.

Breakfast was great many options to choose from area was very clean. Overall very clean They charge for parking which comes off your deposit $15.

Close to airport. Close to shopping. Quick access to highway, and complimentary breakfast. Cook top in our room did not work properly. Light above cookbook was missing.

Great location, VERY clean! Staff didn't seem very motivated, when asking for extra towels we had to ask multiple times, receipt we asked for was not provided, manager call we asked for has not happened. Fridge was so loud that we had to unplug it to be able to sleep!

I think the breakfast was good. The staff was sweet. I didn't like the fact that they didn't have a shuttle to the cruise line except as a hidden fee that I was only told as a matter of fact, nor did they have a restaurant we had to go to the property nextdoor.

Great facility! Great amenities Parking was not great

The rooms are very spacious, plenty of space for 4 adult size people. The breakfast was great. They were right next to the airport which was a bonus. The location is not great if you do not have a vehicle. The bus stop is close. They need a deal not just do those that park and ride to get to the cruise ships without paying for an uber.

Kitchenette Smelled like weed everywhere. Our room was not very clean and needed renovations. Sink didn’t work well.

Staff very personal, clean and accommodating.
