The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. It exceeded my expectations. Would stay there again if I get the chance.

It was a good stay over all. We did have a few hiccups. They AC was out on entire floor so we had to get move. it was a bit of an inconvenience because we were out all day, as expected when you are on vacation and you are taking advantage of your days. It took a while to get moved and it was late at night. Also, it was hard to get our room serviced and cleaned. We called and no one came to clean. We had to ask one of the cleaning ladies in the halls and she had to call a manager to get approval. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The laundry facility was super convenient and well-kept — a big help during a longer stay. The complimentary breakfast was way better than the usual hotel spread, with plenty of fresh options and a staff that kept everything stocked. The front desk team was friendly and helpful every day, housekeeping kept our room in great shape, and you can tell management runs the place well because everything feels organized and cared for. Overall, this hotel made our anniversary trip even better. Great people, great amenities, and a comfortable stay from start to finish. We’d absolutely come back.

I love the property and it was in a very good location. Staff was very nice. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful of everything.

Everything was nice, and clean. The room was more like an apartment than a hotel room. The only downside is the pool area is shared by the holiday inn guests also which is fine, but the hot tub is very small and doesnt fitore than 3 or 4 comfortably so we didn't get to try it out. I would stay there again. The continental breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety compared to a.standard hotel.

Property was nice. They had a nice free breakfast. The staff was not always aware of the hotel policy and therefore cannot help the guests. I was charged a deposit twice. The room was a studio with an extra wall. I cut our stay short because there were 3 beds but barely any room to move. The rooms are over priced considering there is very limited space.

The staff at the front desk was pretty good for the most part. We were comfortable in our suite for the most part. Our room was actually pretty nice and we situated 5 of us pretty well in a room that's suited for up to 6 people. However, We did mention on two different occasions that the water pressure in the shower was not strong, and that the ice-maker in our refrigerator was not working. They said they would send maintenance to take a look. Neither time did anyone ever show up. Would have been a 4 or 5-star but the lack of effort to tend to either of those concerns is the reason for my rating. Also, the insulation between floors is poor, because we heard people stomping upstairs, and the people cleaning the room above us on sunday morning. Overall, not bad, but room to improve for sure.
