The staff is amazing the hotel is old

Noisey hotel due to being so close to the airport and highway, shower was busted, very little hot water, lights didn't work.

Clean room, professional staff

It was convenient for the trip. I expected more for the price but I guess that's California's escalated prices. Staff were friendly & helpful.

It was nice and clean. The restaurant on the penthouse was cool.

Online it shows they offer a late checkout up until 2pm-my flight keeps getting pushed back so that would’ve been really helpful but was only given 1 extra hr. The building is a lot smaller than what it looks like online as well as there’s a lot of water damage to the building itself, the “premium room” was just a basic room nothing really premium about it. The breakfast was subpar as well. Wouldn’t pay to eat there a second time.

Lovely hotel and staff. Exactly what we needed before heading to the Long Beach airport.

The top of the desk was sticky. A screw on the toilet seat needs to be tightened.

All good except one night doing laundry was approached by security who could not speak english kept bothering me outside while waiting, I told him I’m waiting for wash, he kept saying only enter in front door, eventually he let me be !

They do not tell you about parking fees and to charge $20 per person for continental breakfast is outrageous. The room is nice but the extra fees and over priced breakfast is not worth the cost of the stay.

Staff could have been more specific on how the shuttle works. What they say it comes every 30 mins they don’t mean to where your are they mean coming and going, so you have to ask if they are on their way back or if they left to know which 30 mins your waiting for. This was a great stayy!

Great place to stay would definitely stay again

I like that there was a restaurant available. I didn’t like that there were too many homeless in front of the hotel. Makes the hotel look unsafe.

The A/C in the room did not run continuously so I woke up often each night to a muggy room and had to wait for the A/C to start up again so I could fall asleep. The first night we barely got lukewarm water from the shower and the water flow was low. The next morning my fiancé had hot water for his shower but an hour later when I took my shower the water was once again lukewarm. Also, the bathroom sink had several break cracks in it. And let’s talk about the extremely rough towels. Would a little fabric softener kill them. My fiancé went down to the lobby to ask them if there was an ATM in the hotel and they were very curt to him and told him to go to the gas station on the other side of the parking lot.
