The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the free breakfast food!

I like that it was close by the freeway The rooms were dirty and had a smell. The shower door also fell on me as I was in the shower.

The stay was great. All needs were met after requested quickly. The staff were all very friendly and gracious.

The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed having a refrigerator and full kitchen. The staff were pleasant and welcoming when I arrived. Overall a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here and were very appreciative of the breakfast in the morning. Just wish that there was at least 1 reserved parking spot in front of each building for the rooms. The first night we came back the spots in front of our building were filled with maintenance vehicles.

Average breakfast It's been 5 days and the property still hasn't returned my $150 dollar deposit

The employees were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Great customer service really makes a difference when you’re away from home, and the staff definitely made me feel welcome. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would happily stay here again! Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay such a great experience! ❤️

In the pool area

Food great. Everything clean. The bed in the king suite was not very big and could have been more comfy.

The hotel was conveniently located. This seemed to be a long term residence for some of the residents. The property was in need of repair and some deep cleaning.

Breakfast was good, location excellent. Staff was responsive and courteous. Room was clean and well maintained. TV remote did not work properly, even after the facility crew adjusted it.

Spacious WiFi speed was very bad that even YouTube was not loading Living room tv was not at all working Room got locked 10 minutes before the checkout time and we had to get us unlocked to get our things which was a very bad experience for the whole family Someone middle of our stay knocked the door and asked if we are leaving. Caused tremendous inconvenience.

Exceptional

We had a slight issue with our room & we were quickly moved to another room with sn upgrade. Your staff did a wonderful job by making sure our trip was not interrupted by moving us around the corner from our original room. Thank you for great customer service!

Family oriented. I had my family and my daughter is starting to crawl,as we were having her crawl on the floor my foot dragged over a pill. I was not happy about that at all.
