Everything was just lovely

Really big room, had a living room and kitchen, staff was nice. Lots of parking.

The overall experience was really good. The place was very clean and the staff was very curious and helpful and I love the free breakfast in the morning. It was a good plus.

Checked in and they did not let us know the Jacuzzi and pool were closed. Asked later and they did not know a reason.

Housekeeping was really punctual and kind

Complimentary breakfast and the staff was outstanding. The design of the bathroom room door was a little weird...door to the bathroom could've been designed better.

Very clean spot

I really loved the up to date features of my room, including all the breathtakingly mesmerizing plants and blooming flowers. Next, I walked a few blocks and caught the bus to Napels for $1.25.Now that was over the top.

Clean

Clean, well kept, friendly staff. Parking. Its not anyone's fault but I had to park either far away or in illegal spots at securities request due to overcrowding.

The breakfast was good with variety. The room was large with a kitchen and it was quiet The room in the picture of the penthouse on the website had a door. The penthouse that we had did not have doors to the bedroom for privacy. There should be a clear description on what room is purchased. Which room had doors or not

It was a great property for dogs! Nothing except the spa didn’t work properly and had too much soap in it.

Location and the cleanliness The worst Breakfast I ever hat infact there is no need of booking Breakfast it's better to make it in your Room since they provided Kitchenette

It is as good as you can do in this part of town and they do a great job keeping this place safe and clean.

Front desk is not so helpful. But the facility, food, cleanliness is excellent.

This was an absolute best stay ever!! The suite was very beautiful, enough space and perfect. I definitely will stay here if I'm ever planing a stay in Long Beach again. Or will make sure to book similar elsewhere. 10/10!!

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The fire pit and swimming pool were enjoyable. We had no room service for the four days we were there. Body wash, conditioner and toilet paper had to be gotten from the front desk.
