I liked how spacious and clean the rooms were I didnt like how my living area TV kept losing its signal.

I like the fact that breakfast is served everyday. I like the room layout and all of the features it comes with. Everything was great, I even stayed an extra day. There isn't anything I didn't like. I just didn't know there were rooms in the back of the building. Better signage could help with those that may need it.

The location was great for what we needed and for a quick one night stay. I would have left (or asked to switch rooms) if our stay was extended. But the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, the cleanliness was just lacking. There was a possible blood or wine stain on the bedroom floor that was still wet and it was clear the room was barely cleaned before we arrived. There were marks all over the couch as if someone with lotion laid across it and more red stains on the ceiling.

I like property but it seems the housekeeping staff needs to actually clean. Room is ok but floors are never mopped between guests. They are sticky and filthy. Carpets as well. My room this time the fridge had no ice maker so had to buy ice, which was no biggie but still it required a trip to store. I happened to be in a building that I remember was undergoing remodeling my last visit. Apparently, they changed the toilets and now they look like something for children they are so small.

The studio style apartment was excellent and clean . That we love . The breakfast sections were great also . The place is well secured with foot security and it makes you feel safe . Didn’t like house cleaning is every two days and was not given wash cloth to shower .

My family was in town to get my nephew moved into his dorm at CSULB and our stay was excellent. We were able to relax after a long day of work in a clean and comfortable room as well as using the pool/spa to soothe our tired bodies. Quiet and enough room to have that home away from home feeling. I will stay again next time im in the area. Thank you!

Great location. Clean, spacious, security. Noise from the road. Small toilet. Front door was hard to open.
