I originally made my reservation for just myself, but later decided to bring my sisters with me. I called the hotel to upgrade my room, and although they were fully booked, they still accommodated all three of us in the same room at no additional charge. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was exceptional, and my room was modern, comfortable, and spotless. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized touches in the room, they truly made us feel valued. They provided complimentary bottled water, a free shuttle within a one-mile radius of the hotel, and offered delicious non-alcoholic drinks, fresh fruit, and popcorn for guests to enjoy. Another thoughtful touch was their personalized customer service through text messages, making it easy to ask questions or request assistance throughout our stay. It's the little things that set this hotel apart, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I 1000% recommend the Hilton Long Beach Hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The bed was so uncomfortable and worn out that we could almost feel the box spring below. The box spring was definitely on its last leg and the pillows were hard as concrete. The lighting in the room was fluorescent which made me feel like I was in a cheap motel. The shower/tub had so much soap scum on the bottom that I showered with flip flops on. I felt like the lobby was ok looking but the rooms were really gross and overpriced for what we got. I will never, ever stay at a Hilton again.

However, it was a little disappointing that the toilets clogged easily (not just in my room, but also in the shared toilets before I used them) and that the conditioner was missing. I wish they had noticed during cleaning.

We stayed at the Hilton for 5 days and it was such a good experience. The staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. The property was clean. The 3 biggest highlights was the refreshment station with different themes each day, along with free water! The shuttle service that takes you to anywhere in and around downtown long beach, and lastly the duckies that was such a highlight for our 6 yr old. The refreshments we also a huge hit with our kiddo. So all in all we would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all you do.

Outside of the room was great and staff was friendly. The room however was very disappointing! I paid extra for a balcony that was so small I couldn’t sit in the chair provided bc the small side table was pressed up against my legs. It was literally not even 3ft by 3ft. The room and bathroom were of motel quality, not what I expect from a Hilton or at this price point! The bathroom had a bunch of cheap ugly repairs and needs an overhaul or don’t charge so much! Everything outside the room was very nice though! I was very disappointed in the room quality for what I paid.

Loved this property! Beautiful, awesome pool and friendly staff! Great place to stay if your heading out for a cruise or even just visiting the property

My bathroom smelt like mold when I ran the faucet. The towels were ripping through and stunk like bleach. The shuttle service is inconsistent at best, and when calling the desk to arrange a ride, they just tell you to come down and book it. The elevator interior is disgusting. It’s broken and banged up. The coffee shop charged me 4 different prices for the same drink each morning. The corridors are plastered with useless stickers and decals and look like a mess. I honestly thought The Hilton was a good chain. I was shocked to see that it is not. Honestly never again.

Chose this hotel because of how close it is to the cruise terminal since we were going on one the next day, safe, clean, but one this with this and a hotels that charge to park, this is in my opinion, if you stay there and park a vehicle, that should be free for guests

The hotel was super kid friendly. They had a really cool rubber duck pond thing for the kids and a room with game boards for the kids. The swimming pool was kid/adult friendly. A great coffee shop and yummy pizza at the bar. It was super close to restaurants ,outlets and activities for kids. Just a quick uber or shuttle ride (provided by hotel). The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. We absolutely would recommend and stay here again.

Overall, all was good ; room was excellent; self parking was poor , just a few spots for such a big hotel , was forced to use wallet parking ; staff was 50/50 ; some was very nice but there is also some with attitude like a came to their home … harassing me for my accent and pronunciation…
