Fairmont Breakers Long Beach

The hotel was great , but there is no much things ti do at night or much restaurants

Wonderful staff, clean & gorgeous rooms, gatsby vibe throughout, park next door in more affordable parking garage, and take the free Fairmont car service!

Very nice property- definitely the best in Long Beach. We wanted to like Long Beach more but definitely lacks downtown attractions and restaurants etc. Hopefully will ramp up before the LA28 Olympics.

Clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Food and bar offerings are wonderful. Great vibe! Nice pool too! Very nice small gym with adequate equipment for a great workout.

Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. We arrived at 2:30 p.m., planning to use the gym while waiting for the 4 p.m. check-in. Our room was not ready until 5:15 p.m., and throughout the afternoon, we repeatedly had to check with the front desk for updates rather than receiving proactive communication. Our luggage did not arrive until 5:30 p.m. We had a 5:30 p.m. dinner reservation at the Sky Room, which the staff kindly moved to 6 p.m., but the delay left us scrambling to get ready. We were offered complimentary drinks at the bar while we waited, but they were mistakenly charged to our final bill. I had also called several days in advance to arrange a card to be placed in the room as a surprise for our anniversary. The concierge was wonderful and offered to also send sparkling wine, which I was happy to accept. Unfortunately, neither the card nor the amenity was ever delivered to our room. During check-out, the front desk also confirmed they had a card and amenity listed in the notes section of our reservation. I appreciate the staff’s efforts to accommodate us, but for a special anniversary stay at a hotel of this caliber, the delays, lack of communication, and missed details were disappointing.

I loved that the staff was friendly and welcoming from the valet team to the front desk to the restaurant team! The hotel is clean from top to bottom and has some of the best details like the lighting chandeliers and the F emblem on the towels at the pool! I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful, clean and staff is welcoming, very friendly. Looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful building, love the architecture. Super friendly staff too. The pool was also great and the rooftop bar Halo was amazing.

Your manager Jameson was incredible and went up and cleaned it himself.

Facility is very nice

The sky bar I was disappointed when I asked the bartender for an explanation why there was an extra charge of 9.95 plus 27.00 dlrs. for 3 dirty martinis that were half off during happy martinis. She stated if they didn’t the martinis will be 2 oz versus the 4 oz. That surely didn’t not make any sense.

Great venue

The staff was very accommodating even when things didn't go exactly as planned, they went over and beyond to make things go smoothly. Special thanks to Jack for his efforts and his extreme willingness to make our stay the best it could be.

Good

The hotel is very nice, and the room are very nice as well, except from the carpet in the room which was very dirty. Most of the staff was kind of arrogant, there was two staff members that was very nice and service oriented but the rest especially the man with suits was quite arrogant.
