Staff was very helpful and clean room.

Breakfast food seemed to come from a Purina Human Chow 50lb feed bag. There must be only one elevator that doubles for service and guests, as the protective moving blankets seem permanently installed and it feels rather.......disappointing. Rooms were not well sound insulated from each other or the street noise. Overall, room for improvement.

We had such an amazing stay here. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so kind. Came here for a festival and the staff was very accommodating!

I had change on my flight, that we got to LA extremely early, than expected, and the power of the hotel was shut off

Systems in place for storing bags. We arrived at 11:30 and checked in at 2 Would stay again.

Nothing I got bait and switched on reservations and they blamed booking dot com. I requested two double beds and they gave me a room called "double with bath accessibility " and it had only one bed.
