Excellent!

Beautiful stay. Only reason for 4 stars is because the parking garage is full even if you pay. I lucked up on a spot but if hadn't I would have been upset. Room and property were great. Had a great stay and the amenities and included extras were a great addition for site seeing. Prepay for the parking if you're able to. It's $50 on-site

Excellent room - quiet, super comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent -food was great and staff were amazing. Could use a bigger parking structure though, we came back after a nearby concert and had difficulty finding a parking space.

The room was clean, the hotel outside looks a little older, there was water dripping from the balcony above. Pillows were not good but beds were comfortable. The area was a little ugly too, just don't walk alone at night.

Helpful staff, always greet you with a smile no matter the time of day or night. Parking structure gets super full at night and finding parking can be difficult.

Location was great, parking was easy, and staff was friendly! Somethings in the room itself were broken or just old. Fridge had a broken panel.

Location and cleanliness. I was double charged. I asked during the stay if the pending full amount would drop off after checkout, I was assured it would, and it did not. I the. Had to wait a second time to be refunded. A huge hassle that overdrafted my bank account and I noticed before the hotel. Also, housekeeping came around every morning at 9am while we were still sleeping. One morning they knocked once (which we barely heard) and then entered the room while we were in bed!

Front desk staff were always nice and helpful. We called to request early check in and they were able to accommodate although it was a festival weekend. We were so thankful. The valet gentleman was nice as well. The property itself seems well kept considering how busy the weekend was. Location is perfect walking distance. I would stay here again.

Property was clean. Staff was very helpful. Beds were a little too soft for the liking and parking was pricy but overall great stay.
