Location, easy checkin I couldnt stay longer

But, no ice machine. Room was spacious, and in need of mantianence, yet half the price of most hotels in the area

It was nice to have the free parking available. It was a little tight, but still awesome! Housekeeping is fantastic! Room was kept clean, new towels every day. Room had fridge and microwave. Room was good size, four adults we’re comfortable. Convenient walking distance to Disney park entrance. Stores nearby.

Crackheads and meth heads in the parking lot, rude and inconsiderate staff, they are not actually pet friendly, was told by one staff member that I had to pay a $50 deposit due to an issue they had with a guest I had in my room, when I returned with the deposit, I was told by another staff member I couldn’t book a room altogether. All because I had a guest who stayed 45 mins after 11am check out time and he had a dog with him.

Disappointing

Staff was helpful. The hotel was horrific with roaches everywhere in my room. I could not sleep. this hotel was very old and dirty and the online pictures are deceiving the walls and there have not been wiped down in years thick cobwebs window curtains that were deteriorating no one should be allowed to rent hotel rooms that are in this condition. roaches crawling on the bath towels and nesting underneath the bed and behind the bed headboard. I spent a large portion of the night sitting in my car trying to find another hotel room. this room was filthy and sticky bed sheets were yellow because they are very old. When I arrived the toilet was stopped up with toilet paper.

So I never leave bad reviews I knew going in this isn’t a 5 star but honestly waking up to roaches and realizing that the floor seemed to never be cleaned I ended up going to Vons and buying some cleaning supplies just to try to make it suitable we bought bleach spray along with microfiber towels and scrubbers it was so bad we ended our stay earlier

Nothing The room was utterly disgusting. The beds were incredibly dirty and filthy, and it was clear the room hadn't been properly cleaned; there was dirt caked in the corners, as if no one had ever swept. To make matters worse, there were roaches in the bathroom and even crawling in through the door. Despite being a non-smoking room, the furniture had burn holes and was also extremely dirty. On top of everything, there were at least ten homeless people in the parking area all night, forcing me to constantly check on my car. This was, without a doubt, the worst motel I have ever stayed in.

The owner checked us in and was extremely friendly. When he found out we did not bring the dogs with us. He said he was going to put us in a better room. This is a much older facility, so I knew not to expect anything great, but the walls looked dirty and the pool was greenish. My daughter woke up the next morning with bed bug bites. When my husband called to report it, the person at the front desk said he would let the owner know, but there was no callback. As far as the area around the inn, it is definitely a little on the sketchy side.

People were in the pool with their dog at 5:30 AM this morning. Woke us up. Filthy property poorly maintained.

The place was not cleaned inside the room who knows when was the last time the floor was mopped up and disinfected I didn’t sleep all night cause there was roaches and right when I was gonna lay down I seen bed bugs on the pillow. Then from that point on I started freaking out and felt inch I couldn’t wait yo leave I was sitting on this luggage holder. Cause I was s seed to sit in the bed ind all my stuff hangin. I don’t want crawling in my stuff I’ve stay here before in the past a few times and never had I experienced this I. Don’t know what’s going on but they definitely need to rkeep up with the property cause it’s a cool spot your close to everything. If they were to get rid if the bugs a d have it a little face lift and have the housekeepers do a little deeper cleaning and make sure the outside looks presentable and have a guard at night it would be perfect t
