Inn Of Long Beach

Terrible. Room had bed bugs.

The location is close to the beach and the Aquarium of the pacific. Room was dirty, many dead roaches. And bathroom had living baby roaches. The room above us had speakers playing loud enough to be heard throughout the complex, I was not looking for an 8 am wake up call. The facility did nothing about it.

Although the staff were friendly and kind. The roaches in the room completely killed the experience

Fortunately Hotels.com helped me get another hotel room.

Room doesn't look like the room anymore.

The Inn at Long Beach is an economy Priced hotel. The hotel is close to the beach, and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

Kind of a little hole in the wall, but friendly service and decent place to stay right before your cruise

It was in a convenient location. It was run down and dirty

It smells old. No elevator.

Ok experience good location

Desk staff was super nice but the property is horrid! There's no getting them to properly clean the room for you or changing to a better room because there is none the whole place is disgusting! Other than that the people were nice

I loved the location because it was so close to shopping in Belmont Shores and The Pike. The shower ran constantly and the toilet clogged rather quickly but the motel staff fixed the problem quickly as well.

Older motel, as expected.

Front desk guy was super friendly and personable. The room was absolutely filthy, the common areas were poorly maintained and neglected. There were two different colors of paint on the way, brush strokes everywhere. The bathroom had pubic hairs everywhere and roaches. The room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. There was trash everywhere outside. Water in pool was green and hot tub had caution tape around it.

It's an older property but very clean. As we were at a conference all weekend the room was only used for sleeping. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. This is the 4th time staying at this property. Will reserve it again the next time we are heading to Long Beach,

Bad bathroom amenities

Staff was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The property is awful, is old, everything is in really bad shape. The rooms smell is horrible.
