The hotel needs a remo

When we arrived the Air was literally off during a heat wave. We had to turn it on and leave the property for an hour. When we came back the room temp was barely tolerable. We had to slam ourselves against the balcony door to get it to open....never again.

Great location , friendly staff

Parking is tiny. No ice machine in the summer. Rooms were dirty, holes in walls, floor board broken, dead insects in rooms, smelled like cigarettes, nasty pillowcases with holes in them, the list goes on. Did not stay.

The place was in bad need of repair and fairly dirty too. We didn't stay, because after getting to the room and turning on the lights, more bugs than I care to recount went scattering in all directions. The window attendant was helpful and immediately refunded our transaction.

Bed bug. I stayed asleep just prevent them from biting my kids...horrible

Disappointing

Location was ok It was so dirty, the A/C didn't work...

We were taking a shower in 3 inches of backed up water! And to top if off we killed a roach!!! I guess you get what you pay for. Would never stay there again! Just be careful if you decide to stay there!!

run down and dirty. was afraid to spend the night

The location was great to be able to get around town. The place has potential just needs a really good deep cleaning. It was disturbingly dirty. Im not sure they even mop the floors. There was spider webs and gross stuff all over the walls.

Hotel was very run down and is desperately in need of an update. I’m ok with old but this was well beyond that. Staff was super helpful and kind but I was glad we were just there for a quick one night stay.

Location in downtown Scary from the parking lot, car with broken window, homeless roaming

It’s in a good location The whole place smelled like pee. The room was dirty when I arrived. There was still stuff left over from previous guest. I saw roaches under the bed and in the bathroom

Friendly staff (front office) and the location was prime for the event we attended Look, it’s a motel and it’s dirty. Wish we had extra pillows and towels as cleaning staff was no where to be found when we needed them.
