Clean room friendly staff limited parking because of restaurant on site. Lots of restaurants near by Vons market across the street. Quick 20 minute walk to the Pike, aquarium and beach.

The breakfast restaurant is AMAZING, I'd recommend going there even if you aren't staying here. It was busy every single day but had us in and out in a timely manner. The staff did their best with a full hotel, I understand I couldn't just move rooms when my sink started leaking.

Everyone was good . Parking was limited because of breakfast restaurant .

For the price good. Slept well. Quiet room. Older building. Can use a remodel eventually. Staff were friendly. Central location.

I found it ridiculously and unprofessional that they did not include parking with my hotel stay. Upon arrival late I was informed that I had to give them another $15 to park. This was unacceptable. They know that they were charging for parking when they put out the price of the room and they know people would be traveling with personal vehicles. I despise when hotels or any other businesses price gouge with extra taxes and fees after you book them. This was so unprofessional.

The room was very clean. You can definitely tell that it is dated. The room phone didn't actually have a cord and even though we were there for five nights and they swore every single day that maintenance would come and fix it they never did. They also didn't have any extra pillows at all on property and the pillows that were on the bed were very small and very old/ flat. I really wish they had a chair at the desk so we could actually be used. The location is great. We stay here every year but you can definitely tell that the property is getting older and it's just the little things that are missing from it that would change it from a completely average. Stay to a good or great stay.

Bare bones and was only for sleeping so I was not expecting much, but it did have better reviews for what it actually is. We arrived at 1 am from LAX and there was a loud deranged person yelling outside the property. It's old and the lighting in the halls and general look wasn't great and my 9 year old didn't feel safe, especially due to the person outside - but I know that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. But there were no lamps by the bed, the ac unit made weird sounds often keeping us awake, we only had 2 pillows per bed and there were no extra bedding anywhere. We also didn't think there was wifi since we didn't notice till the next day it was only on the keycard cardboard slot where it was listed. Seems to be in the process of upgrading one thing at a time so it was super old with like one new sink and the floors were new. The bathroom door almost didn't close too. So anyway, not great for people with kids or people that want decent lighting and are light sleepers.

The best part about staying at this hotel was its Iocation. It was close to everywhere I needed to go. The staff was friendly. I had just broken my knee cap a few weeks before my stay so they were very quick to help me with my luggage and very accommodating in that they gave me a room on the ground floor. I would stay here again!

Check-in is set for 3:00 PM but not all of our rooms were ready. We could not wait for the rooms to be cleaned so we just used one to quickly change and left. We came back at around 11:30pm to get the second room. The staff is not really helpful. The rooms could use some upkeep. In one room the AC was not working. In the other room one of the light bulbs was out and the bathroom door would not close properly. Because this property is associated with Wyndham I thought we would have a better experience.

Sam at check-in, Chris upon check-out, Ivan & 1 other ensuring parking & being patient, freindly & empathetic at the messed up parking incident. The room attendant was curt, as was the Saturday AM front desk agent (FDA). FDA became visibly upset when i reported I was blocked in & shrugged me off - after him reporting to someone at the adjacent restaurant. He left me there to wait. There was no daily cleaning, so my trash accumulated & when I asked the room attendant, she became annoyed stating "no one told her" & encouraged me to "report it". The room itself was clean, most interactions went well and parking onsite (*at an additional charge) was a plus, especially during such a busy weekend in LBC. Liked location, liked having a fridge, didn't like no microwave and didn't like the extra charge for parking in a lot that is clearly a part of the property. Didn't like being blocked in and missing my shuttle.

Everything was clean , Just make sure you have parking because at night time there won’t be any , but staff could accommodate you

In the morning I noticed that the shower water didn’t get warm at all. I called to ask whether or not o was turning the handle in the right direction to induce hot water. The front desk gave me instructions which I followed to no avail. I called back and was informed that it was my specific room that was the problem, and that if I came down to the lobby they would provide a key to another room where I could take a shower. Im confident that they have had this specific complaint about this particular room before and placed me in it anyway. I didn’t have time to take advantage of the other rooms shower, nor did I want to expend the effort. I also feel that I shouldn’t have had to and want a refund.
