My wife always sprays the room with Lysol and as she lifted the pillow a small cockroach was there. We spoke to management regarding refund but they said it was out of their hands since we booked it with hotels.com. It was too late and try and book another room so we stay at the location and left early in the morning.

Nice and near my job nice staff
-
There was not a parking spot to park in and when we asked front desk he was very rude and not helpful in the least
-
The area was slightly sketchy and the parking lot was not secured. There were too many individuals walking through the lot and hanging out throughout the establishment. The room was okay but smelled of cigarettes. We had to spray cologne sparingly around the room including the bedsheets.

Not many restaurants, walking distance
-
Great stay! Perfect location, clean, smelled good, right next door to a breakfast place. I think you had to pay for parking on site but we didn’t need to. Very comfortable bed and helpful attendants. Grocery store right down the block. No microwave though!

Have cockroaches
-
The location of this property is great. 10 mins walk to the beach. But the amenities and overall property could have been better. Rooms smell.
-
The grounds were not the cleanest.
-
Aweful experience and very poor management and not very clean.
-
It was good the parking the room the price the neighborhood can be sketchy at night and its hard to find something good to eat after 10:00pm
-
Front desk was so nice and easy to work with.
-
I got there 2 hours early and asked how early I could check in, even though I messaged in Hotels.com, never received a response. The front desk personnel informed me I could check in at 3:01 pm. Not the response I was looking for, thought it was rude. Will definitely look for a friendlier stay next time I am in Long Beach.

Location is central to everything. Rooms were clean The only thing negative I can say is the water temp for shower in room 352 was barely over cold would call it cool not even warm. Hand sink had a bit warmer water but not much and it takes forever to get warm.
-
We had a good time and especially enjoy the breakfast bar next to the hotel really convenient and close to everything I will stay again
-
Things I did not like were dirty sheets, floor was also dirty felt like sand the clerk at the front desk changed our rooms and the second one was much better however, the first we stay there again
-
The room smelled like mildew and was humid. We ended up having to stay at a different hotel.
-
great location
-
3 day stay towels or linen were never changed!
