Great service

Another issue I had was with my jacket coming up missing. I checked out in a rush and left my jacket in the closet. When I called the property, they informed me that no jacket was found. I hate to point blame but only one of two things could have happened. Either the guest that checked in after me took it and claimed they didn't see it or the housekeeper took it for herself. Either way I was not very pleased with my stay. I'd never book here again.

The young man with glasses that helped me did so much to make my stay phenomenal. Thank you so much young man.

It is not near the waterfront. To get to the waterfront it's about a 15 minute walk. The parking fee is $20 but you have to leave when you check out of the hotel. You can pay more in increments if you end up wanting to stay longer. Basically, it wasn't an inviting experience. For sure it does not merit an excellent rating. Lumea - warm it up....have a coffee cart with drinks, fruit at check in time! Make it inviting. BTW, it's not accessible from the street - there are steps, no ramp.

The parking situation was TERRIBLE!!!! they wanted us to pay $35 cash to park at another hotels lot. Seemed sketchy and we have to expense the stay for business--cant do cash or venmo for those types of expenses. the staff was very nice but the parking situation is a huge issue--especially if you need to come and go a couple of times.

I didn’t like how they didn’t have parking for the hotel is offer down the street for $35 dollars a night n cash only which is ridiculous

Very small

The hotel really needs to replace its towels—they were old, stained, and smelled bad. The shower was dirty and sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom was extremely small. Also the duvet had no cover, which is completely unhygienic.

Quaint hotel, conveniently located. Rooms nice and clean and looks recently upgraded. Staff very nice!

Location and look of the building Almost no daylight in lower floor rooms

Great little hotel. Nice room. Parking not on site, so take that into consideration.

The parking sucked the room was way too small they kept my deposit for no reason never again
-
Location was great in downtown. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Only bad thing is there is nearly no parking for the hotel

The front desk agent moved us to a different room, but it was only slightly better. The mattress was still old and uncomfortable, and the bedding was in poor condition. It was already past midnight, and we needed a few hours of sleep before waking up at 6:00 a.m. for my son's soccer tournament, so we stayed. The next day, I noticed itching on my arms but didn't think much of it. When I got home, I found multiple welts and bites. I applied topical ointments to relieve the itching, but by Monday it became clear what had happened: bed bugs. The mattresses and bedding appeared old and poorly maintained, and I strongly suspect the room was infested. No amount of compensation makes up for having to deal with painful, itchy bug bites for weeks afterward. Travelers should be aware and carefully inspect their rooms before staying. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The hall was shiny Location was ghetto. False advertisement. This is not the Long Beach Convention Center and it is no where close to it. There is no parking at the hotel, no street parking, front desk treated me like they were jail wardens, rude behavior, unreasonable high room deposit. And the front clerk had a whole 15 minutes conversation watching the security monitor while I waited in front of the window. Didn’t even apologize or say hold on. It looked like a prison.

The location and the room was nice the cleaning staff also nice The management poor Management

Location to downtown restaurants and bars Staff was confusing me regarding my request to check in early and check out late. Check in was at 3:00 pm and I tried to check in at 2:30 pm and was given a hard time. They confirmed a late check out but kept sending housekeeping and the manager to get us out of the room even thought I requested thru booking.com.
