City Center Hotel by Kasa

I can not say enough about this hotel! It is like a dorm set up with an old school apartment centered around a pool, sitting area and little food spot. Down side, and it's not great, there is no parking. You are expected to park nearby with the aid of 2 parking apps. Seems to be a city issue and not the fault of the hotel. We were able to park relatively close but shleping our luggage and bags was no bueno. But back to the experience, was text before getting there that our room was ready. Was provided a building code and door code. So you can basically roll in when you like and go straight to your room. Thankfully the front desk helped me out anyway cause I had no idea what to do or where to go. The room was clean, had cute thank you note and even wished me a Happy Birthday when I got there and left me a cute birthday cars with a little stuffed animal and party favor. We did not eat there but would have or could have. I love getting there and seeing people chillin in the courtyard, sipping wine, chatting on the phone and eating. Location is super close to the port. Stayed there the night before and early ferry to nalina. Super close the the aquarium. Could imagine staying there for an overnight trip to LB. Oh and sup b

Super cute place, ,rooms are clean. Can walk to restaurants. Only thing we didnt like is there is no parking, have to street park. Other then that had a good stay.

We will stay here again. Very central hotel with access to city buses and train to LA.

I can’t imagine a better stay for my first visit here. This was the nicest affordable place I could find with a pool and I’m so glad I booked with them. The front desk workers were super nice, my room was clean, cute and comfortable. I was very impressed and will for sure be back.

The room was cute and the grounds are really nice as well. Unfortunately, the Internet wasn’t working, but didn’t affect us too much. The hotel itself is really nice, but finding parking is difficult.

This is the cutest little boutique hotel. Total flashback to the 50’s/60’s! Would definitely stay here again!

By far the best stay we’ve had in a long while. The attention to detail was spectacular. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay when in Long Beach. I give it a 10 out of five stars ⭐️

We visit our daughter and her family often in Long Beach and have appreciated staying at the City Center by Kasa. Perfectly situated between her home and the beach! Great fun at the pool too !

All aspects of our stay were excellent. Staff went way out of their way to be helpful. They were friendly, very respectful and courteous. Front desk staff, maintenance team and room cleaners were clearly focused on providing superior customer service.

In side the room lights was not good, Some of them they were working. And need to have wending machines on site.

Love staying there. #1 place I stay every time I travel to Long Beach

Great location, newly remodeled, and the staff was the greatest!

The rooms are very clean, the staff is excellent, and the air conditioning is strong! Definitely plan ahead for parking, there is some secure parking you can find using a parking app within a ten minute walk.
