Great hotel! Super clean room - love the passcode access. When you stay you get a discount at the restaurant attached which was definitely worth it! Would book again :)

Very nice for the price parking was a little interesting as our check in was after hours and there is no on site parking, street parking was not the easiest to find. But our stay was enjoyable may go back just for this place love the LB area as well

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. Every thing was great, No parking

A great property, with very friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to a lot of local amenities. Parking can be a bit of struggle and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with a heat wave, but all things said it was very nice and I would absolutely go back.

The only real caveat is the parking situation. There are no nearby garages that offer in-and-out privileges or are open 24/7, so street parking is one of the more practical options. The cost is fairly reasonable, averaging about $10 per day if you leave your car parked there all day. However, you do have to remember to add money to the meter every two hours, which can be a little inconvenient. Aside from the parking, the hotel’s restaurant is very good and offers a unique menu of both food and drinks. The hotel itself feels fresh and recently renovated, and its downtown location is very convenient. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a recently renovated hotel in the downtown area with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Just be prepared to plan ahead when it comes to parking!

The check-in process was easier than it seemed it was going to be and nice helpful staff in lobby. The restaurant connected to the courtyard of hotel and steps away from my room was a wonderful way to relax and eat close by. The room, bed and bathroom were all nice and clean. The only bummer is not having guaranteed parking but it wasn’t too hard to find a spot a few blocks away but have to pay attention to street signs for specific allowed days.

Great location, a short walk to the beach area. The room had all the amenities you’d need and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: No parking, sketchy neighborhood, you can't call in advance and talk to someone on site.
