Place looks beautiful on the outside but our room was a hot mess. The AC wasn’t working properly, was just blowing out warm air. The handle on one bathroom was broken, the AC in the other part of the room, yes because I rented a suite for $4k, was disabled, the sink in the master bathroom has that plug right, and it wouldn’t open so it was just plugged the entire time. Altogether was a pretty bad experience especially for the price. When you rent a suite for that much you expect it to have the $25-40 fixtures fixed and functional. I wanted to complain but it was chaos there and don’t think anyone would’ve helped so we suffered and when things were hot in the master bedroom we slept on the couch in the other room that’s part of the suite. Probably will send a message to management but this place only has location going for it really. Bartenders were really good on a side note! Food was decent but ordering room service was a mess. They said only 2 drinks a person so I ordered 4 of the same thing and they denied it lol. Was confusing but whatever, instead of the $98 they could’ve made off my room service order of drinks I ordered ubereats delivery and spent $35 for 12 drinks. Their loss.

The manager ensured I had a superior stay after addressing my concerns. Thank you so much.

This was my first experience with the staff belittling me for booking through Expedia and not through their website. It was said SEVERAL times when I called for assistance and then when I checked in. I was made to feel like I was a problem for doing it through a third-party site. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and that has never been mentioned before. Very dismissive and unfriendly staff. Also the rooms did not have AC. The hallways were colder than the rooms. It was uncomfortable to sleep in 100 degree weather outside. I would not recommend or stay here again. $250 holding fee as well. I will say the bartender was super nice! He improved our check-in experience.

Booked a king bed and when we got there they said they were out of king beds, gave us two full beds. Blamed it on Expedia for overselling and not updating.

It took forever to check in. We reserved through Expedia a third site to get a better price. Apparently when you do that they dont save you a room. So we had to wait for them to find us a room. We ordered a king size bed. But we wanted some place to stay close to the festival so we took what we could get a double. The tub in the room wouldn't drain we would shower and the tub was full in less than 10 minutes. The ac was the worst part. It was so hot it was awful. They charge so much to not even meet motel 6 standards. The tvs were old and it was cable. We couldn't connect our phone to stream. Awful. Will not want to stay for those prices beautiful on outside not inside.

Always great!!

I loved everything. It was clean and affordable and if I could change one thing it would be the AC system. I was a bit hot in the room.

$50 parking , some $20-30 “property fee”. Moldy fountain in lobby. Room ac smelled moldy. Ordered room service the night before for breakfast, time came and passed. Called front desk, front desk forwarded to restaurant which didn’t answer and has snarky message, “we are busy and cannot take your call and you cannot leave a message”. Finally had to walk to desk to inquire. Desk said bell waiter was a no show and ordering system has been down all morning. Couldn’t refund me the charge, hasn’t gone through yet but won’t be surprised King bed was comfy, location nice.

Property was clean but little things were not, baseboards, floor in lobby, some stains in carpet etc... But, overall a nice experience.
-
The staff is excellent . The rooms desperately in need of maintenance . They are dark lack light. Outlets do mot work shower faucet rusted falling off. The little store had rotten products in the fridge. Overall not maintained .
-
The rooms outdated you could hear everything in the room above and they charge for parking even though we were guest the room wasn't expensive but extra charges appear once you get there .

My family drove all the way from Idaho to see the fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July (250’th anniversary). This was a once in a lifetime opportunity. We had it planned to check in, get our luggage to our room, and take a shuttle to the beach for the evening. We arrived at The Westin at 7:15 pm. The housekeepers had not yet cleaned our room, there wasn’t one available. As most people know you can’t just leave your belongings in a car in this area. Despite driving all day, and arriving several hours after check in (4pm) we had to spend our evening trying to find a place to park the car and wait for a text message from The Westin to inform us that our room was ready. We drove for hours in bumper to bumper traffic trying to find a place where we could watch the fireworks with our kids and keep an eye on our car. We watched the fireworks in the middle of stopped traffic in our car. My children were sobbing. They were so looking forward to this experience. Kasha was sweet to give us some breakfast vouchers, but we will never have that opportunity again. I have NEVER had to wait until 9pm to check into my hotel room that was reserved in advance. Never. We will never stay there again.

We had a great stay. Comfortable beds. Amazing food for breakfast and dinner. Close walk into town and the waterfront. Front desk lines to check in were long and understaffed. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
