The lights in the room are odd and very bright. The showers are quirky. Be careful with the hot water. No microwave and I’m not sure if this is a west coast standard. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing and the area is great.

The amenities were excellent, especially the beautiful rooftop pool, which was the perfect place to relax. The location couldn’t be better. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as the Pike Outlets for shopping, a movie theater, the beach, whale watching tours, and downtown Long Beach. We barely had to use our car because everything was so convenient. Parking garage has reasonable daily rates. Overnight fee of $16 and the hotel does validate up to 2 hours of daily use when coming and going. Some other stores will also validate but we enjoyed all surrounding and did not leave the area until check out. This hotel is very family-friendly, and we felt safe and comfortable during our entire stay. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Long Beach!
